So Naked Beer Slip & Slide is on then?
Just one.
And I’m not coming this year.
Well. I doubt your Merrylanders could handle Naked Beer Slip & Slide, but at least two of us will be ex-Northerners (Yukon and NWT) and should have no problem. We even have a hill!
My mother is not yet sure if she will allow me to come, seeing as how I’ll be driving near Baltimore.
Apart from cookies (which have already been covered) and napkins, I’m really not sure what I can bring…
I always have trouble with the naked beer.
I picked up two half-gallon jugs of egg nog. (Then got home and read the small print, “No cholesterol, non-dairy. Does not contain egg or nog.” Oopsie.) Does this stuff mix better with rum or kahlua?
Kahlua. I might have some I can bring. Let me know.
I’ve already got napkins.
Gingy, I’ve got 100 plates, 50 12oz. cups, cutlery service for 48, and a slew of napkins. Do you think that’s enough of everything, or should I pick up more of something?
I personally think it mixes better with whatever else has been recently poured down the drain.
Captain Carrot, if you think you’ll be attending, EMAIL ME for the address and directions. And you don’t really go anywhere near Baltimore, we’re in the suburbs.
She said Butter Tarts, not utter tarts,
Oooooooohhhhh…
Never mind!
Boys, boys, you’re both pretty.
Jayjay is the Mary and I am the Rhoda. We decided that a long time ago. .
I am thinking about bringing some fruit salad along with the spicy bean salad and the cookies. We have a meeting(!) in the morning, but should have plenty of time to get there by 2.

No rush, darling. Yay fruits! (And fruit salad :P)
So, your husband has always, his entire life, known everyone that he knows now? He knew them in person before he met them? That’s quite a trick.
My husband is the King of anti-social gits. When I explained to him what I was doing, he said, “Have fun. Don’t drive home drunk.”
Yeah, whatever, ya moron.
How many kids will be there? I can bring some firehouse coloring books and tattoos and stickers and such.
Well, there’ll be my two, and a few Canadian kids (two for sure), and possibly Young Mr. Doors. I don’t know for sure of any others.
That’s AWESOME, by the by. Jimmy loves the fire engines whizzing up and down Putty Hill like they’re on their way to a fire or something.
Ginger how far are you from the Easton/St. Micheals area? My GF is trying to get me to go up there with her this weekend, and then leave me with her socially immature brother-in-law while her and her sister hit the town.
Young Mr. Doors loves fire trucks and stuff and I’m sure he’ll be tickled to meet actual firefighters.
I’m sure I can bring a textbook to study in the car. Annual fund contributions, anyone?
Robin
Six-year-old mudgirl will be in attendance.
