I cannot, for the life of me, understand how so many people do not recognize Trump for what he is or, if they do, are O.K. with it because they “like his polices.” I am an early 60s,college educated white white male, career law enforcement officer raised in a Republican household. As a matter of fact, I am registered Pub and voted straight Dem this time around. Whenever I try to have a rational discussion with a Trumper, they resort to yelling, interrupting and making assertions they can’t back up. They are clones of Trump. Is so infuriating that I have given up. I do have a Trumper friend that will be wearing a Biden t-shirt if Biden wins and he loses the bet.

Yes, for now… but if the vote in PA doesn’t come through, and AZ flips, they will be right there fighting the fight in GA and/or WI.
For now it is best for them to stay silent and let the votes come out. There is no benefit for them getting the stink on them when it’s entirely possible that PA, GA, AZ, and NV all fall to Biden (leaving no room for Trump to pull it out)

I think part of the reason his legal team is who they are is any real lawyer would demand payment up front, cash or certified check only , or maybe just cash.

There were signs a few weeks ago that Mitch McConnell might have serious health problems. My thoughts and prayers are going out because the Dem governor would appoint his replacement.
That would just be the perfect way to end his his career.
It’s tiring to see Democrats continue to be blamed for Trump, or for not winning by a large enough margin. It’s bullshit. The abolitionists weren’t to blame for not ending slavery soon enough – they did the best they could with the information they had. Slavers and slavery-defenders were to blame. It wasn’t the Jews who were to blame for the Holocaust – it was Nazis. And it’s not Democrats to blame for Trump – it’s Trump supporters, and Trump enablers. There’s no magic bullet. Democrats got historically high turnout. And it was still close. That’s not Democrats’ fault – that’s the fault of Trump’s supporters, and Trump’s enablers.
