Pretty sure they do it all from scratch. But don’t stress too much - recounts rarely yeild more than a difference of 200-300 votes. If Biden comes out with a, 7,000 vote lead, it’s unlikely that a recount will change that.
His advantage is that the likely outcome of a recount in that scenario is a Biden lead of somewhere between 6500 and 7500.
That’s how recounts work, yeah.
A recount will not change a 7000 vote margin unless there was some huge error. Wisconsin recounted in 2016, as they had to by law, and the change was about 100 votes.

My giddy, giggly reaction to the victory is subsiding a bit as I return to Facebook and see people lamenting the loss. I was really hoping for a slam dunk victory—and I mean the kind where the backboard shatters—to show that after four years, people finally understood who he is and what he stands for. Plenty of otherwise intelligent, compassionate people still don’t get it. Ugh.
I’m a conservative, but voted for Biden, can’t stand Trump…had to confront two stopped vehicles in front of my house Tuesday night. Don’t think they’ll stop here again.
This is what I was thinking. It’s perfect. It’s actually the first time I ever saw him actually look sad or disappointed about something. His usual public facial expressions are “trying to look tough like when holding a Bible in front of a church” and “smug smile like when dry humping the flag.”
So? Didnt it also pass Congress? Wasnt a large portion of the tribe in favor, and even got large sums of cash?
It wasnt the peaceful removal of the tribes that cause the tears- it was the corruption and malfeasance of the Van Buren administration that caused all the suffering and deaths. Other tribes were moved without a tenth the suffering that Van Buren allowed.
The “smile” (using the word loosely) that we usually see on Trump’s ugly mug of most often that uber-smug con man smirk that only succeeds in making sane humans all stabby.
Every once in a while, Trump is shown with a smile that looks more nearly like a normal happy-face smile. Rarely. Seems to me I remember seeing pictures of this most often when he is shown eating something, like that pic a while back of him digging into a huge taco bowl while proclaiming his love for Hispanics, or that pic of him chowing down Kentucky Fried Chicken on Air Force one, for example.
Eating seems to be one of the the few pleasures he shares in common with more normally mentally adjusted humankind.
And the jeers make them better than the other side how? What happened to taking the high road?

Now THAT picture doesn’t look ANYTHING like Melania.
He has stated his grounds: post-in votes might be fraudulent, and there’s no way to check them accurately, also some arrived after the election, so they shouldn’t be included, therefore all post-in votes should be discounted.
IF he wins the case, and the votes are discounted, it certainly would change the results into a Trump win.
I do not think he will win the case.
