I think Barr is just giving the big baby a pacifier. He said inquiries could be conducted if there is credible allegations of fraud that could change the results. I have no problem with that, let them invistigate. He also said the DOJ has no evidence of it, and urged neutrality.
There is not going to be any evidence of fraud, other maybe finding 27 ballots in a trash can somewhere.
Any reason to be concerned that Real Clear Politics hasn’t awarded Pennsylvania to Biden yet? They have Biden currently at 259 EV’s.
I saw it stated on social media that RCP had “rescinded” Pennsylvania but I can’t confirm if that’s accurate.
I want to see two things in the next 70 days. First would be Dr. Anthony Fauci winning Time magazines’ Person of the Year. The second, and I would sign up for Twitter to witness, would be for Trump to be permanently banned.
For a few minutes today I was wondering if they’d actually be bold enough to try to use the court system to delay the inauguration past January 20th - then I remembered that if they did that —It’s President Pelosi time.
So just ignore them and keep celebrating as loudly as you can. They’ve telegraphed today that this is just petty revenge for Russia. It’s more of the same massive trolling.
I was wondering what would happen if everyone named in those lawsuits just ignored them completely. Maybe they are. Play chicken with this bullshit. If they try to delay the inauguration because Rudy files some bogus lawsuit alleging that the guy delivering pizza to the vote center had a fake bottom in the pizza box with ballots underneath, don’t show up. Give them a long leash with the Banana Republic stuff. Get some good campaign footage for Georgia.
OK, I think I’ve rooted this out. It was a tweet by Giuliani that quickly got debunked by Tom Bevan of RCP.
Long story short, RCP never called Pennsylvania for Biden (so no they didn’t “rescind it”).
Even so, I doubt I’ll sleep as soundly tonight as I did this weekend, knowing that they haven’t called PA for Biden yet.
Beto would’ve delivered Texas to Biden had he run as Senator. Disprove my hypothetical!

We need to know these things before determining whether or not your vote is “fraudulent.”
When CNN was criticized for not calling states where Biden had a clear and growing lead, their explanation was that they don’t make calls until they estimate about a 99.5% certainty. Maybe I’m being naive, but I assume that their analysts and statisticians felt that degree of certainty when they called Pennsylvania for Biden, and hence the election. I believe (but not sure) that Nevada was called just slightly later, cementing Biden’s win. So I’m pretty confident about the outcome. Less confident about Trump legal chicanery, but we all knew he would likely not concede, so really nothing new or surprising there.
It’s also apparent that Fox and AP were less rigorous when they called Arizona for Biden and were just trying to get a jump on the competition. He’ll probably still win it, but the odds didn’t justify such an early call. But CNN and other networks were much more methodical.
