Exactly. I was hoping for a nice simple clear blowout. This feels far too much like 2016 for my liking. I’m more than happy to be wrong. I tell you what, I’ll even buy ANOTHER pizza if Biden wins. (I will not literally eat a bug)
They seem to only be using counted votes so far.
It appears they’re high. They’re calling PA, OH, NI, WI, NC, GA, FL already for Trump. They’re numbers just reflect the current leads by states, not what states could be called. Terrible reporting.
I did say won or leading.
So far, the outcome map I selected on 538, and that gave a Biden win with 320 EC votes, has been dead on accurate except for FL. I’m not panicking yet. WI and PA won’t be known until tomorrow or later, so I’m going to pour my ration of scotch and go to bed around 11 CT. Cheers.
Likely those aren’t “calls” at all. But of course they should make that VERY clear, and likely not generate such a meaningless number at all.
Through lies and lies and misrepresentation and lies. I never watch Fox TV, I only see the occasional clips. I don’t listen to Hannity or Rush or anyone else on the radio. When being transported from the hospital the other day, I heard Hannity for 15 minutes, and that was 15 minutes of uninterrupted lying and omission and misrepresentation, with no one to correct or challenge him. It was impressive how much lying he fit into 15 minutes, and this happens all day, every day. The regular listeners literally live in a different reality, and absolutely nothing will get better for long until we find a way to fix that. Everything else is just a bandage to be ripped off the next time republicans get a chance.
Until we’re all looking at the same set of facts, nothing can be fixed.

They did make it very clear. The dark red is won, the light red is leading. And as above, I clearly said “won or leading”.

How this…Person?..is even allowed to run, can get the requisite community support to be on the ballot let alone win tells us all we need to know about certain segments of America.
Trump talked about his “muslem ban” - perhaps the rest of us should now be talking about a US ban…with such significant portions of the country being terrorist how can we trust the rest?
Biden wins CA, OR, and WA, unsurprisingly.

I ran the numbers on the absentee ballots versus day-of votes, and the day-of votes (which are all that remains to be counted) are roughly 53-55% Trump. So don’t expect any blue shift as those counties report.

Yep. I and many people I know just voted against Trump.
