Election Day [Week][Month[s]] [Year] 2020 follow-along thread

I love these one sentence denials.

I expect that the next ones will just be in 24 point bold font:

DENIED!

Might I suggest: YOU’RE FIRED!

There’s video of a bunch of people calling themselves Republican electors trying to get into the Michigan state capitol, and a policeman keeping them out.

Terrorists.

See my OP in a separate thread, in which I ask for some detailed explanation of how this might really work . . .

Yes…The ballot curing deadline being extended by 3 days in Pennsylvania is the one win, according to Marc Elias. The other one that some poster above cited, about the distance that the observers could be in Philadelphia, was apparently reversed on appeal, so that one does not count as a win for Trump and his allies.

Marc Elias’s count is 1-and-59 for Trump & his allies. As implied above, he only counts each case once even if it goes through various appeals to different courts, with just the final ruling counting. And, he does not count any case that is some person representing themselves in order to weed out the real quacks (as opposed to the Trump-supported quacks like Giuliani & Ellis).

I think it was Weekend Update who suggested the  emoji…

I’m thinking Mike Pence won’t attend the electoral college vote count and it will fall to the Presdient Pro Tempore(Chuck Grassley) to process the final part of the election.

Wolf Blitzer used the word “lose” (or loser, or lost) about ten times in about three minutes, as the last states cast their electoral votes. He seemed to relish the word. Cool.

So, he’ll be en route to Slovenia on Trump’s jet, too?

The New York Times is already doing retrospective musing on trump and referring to him in the past tense. Hehe.

Has Trump commented on the Electoral College vote?

It seems like these knuckleheads should be threatened with arrest for fraud.

“Fake News. No one ever even heard of this Electrical College. I have a real degree, from Wharton. No, you can’t see the transcripts.”

Not specifically, but he sure is calling his terrorists to action.

I read the article expecting to see “retiring” or “outgoing” next to his R. title, but didn’t, so I guess it’s time for the primary-hammer to come down. No idea, though, how blue MD is - maybe he can weather any pushback?

I looked this up online - Maryland governors are limited to two terms and he’s in his second one.
