Election Day [Week][Month[s]] [Year] 2020 follow-along thread

This is possibly Trump’s most painful blow yet.

“Congratulations, Mr. President. Here is a video of your predecessor which you might find very useful. I know we have.”

“Be warned, Mr. Biden, it’s definitely NSFW.”

Larry Hogan is, IMO, currently the most centrist GOP governor. He was an early and vocal critic of the Trump administration’s response to the pandemic. He will be running for president in 2024.

If Donnie tries to pull a Grover Cleveland, the rest of the GOP field will drop out instantly or never get in. It’s his party and he’ll try if he wants to. Even if Senior doesn’t go for it, Junior or Ivanka will step in. It’s a family dynasty now.

Do not want.

From what I’ve read, a huge percent of the Trumpites are impressed by Trump’s being a “manly man”, take charge, blustering bully, however you want to put it. Are any of them really going to tolerate a high-fashion type skinny blonde woman? I can’t see it.

And she’s a convert to Judaism, right? Isn’t that going to turn off the Bible thumpers?

Like they cared about the reality of Trump’s faith?

Considering the Seven Deadly Sins had to take an early retirement due to competition from Trump, I doubt it.

A lot of Bible-thumpers have a strange affinity for Jews. Something about Israel being essential for the second coming. Plus Ivanka carries the genes of the epitome of Christian character- well at least they think so.

McConnell, having received the go-ahead from Putin, acknowledges Bidens win:

Surprising. Maybe Mitch will keep the Senate under control and prevent House Republicans from turning the events of January 6th into a days-long affair. Not out of the goodness of his heart or anything. One can dream.

My read is that this is Mitch officially throwing Trump overboard for the sake of the two Georgia Senate seats. The strongest message that the Republicans have in those races is that control of the Senate is the only barrier to Biden enacting wholesale socialism in America. But they need to acknowledge that Biden is going to be President to effectively make it.

Ha!

As I was scrolling through those comments, I found this one. Twitter might kick Trump off the platform after inauguration day if he continues to violate the terms of service. I’m thinking that any claims of voter fraud would be inaccurate information and against the terms of service.

Besides losing the POTUS account, Trump will become a regular poster. This might be amusing to watch while his account gets frozen, then banned.

Don’t forget that his Twitter password was Maga2020, so when he’s no longer President somebody should try logging into his account with Maga2024

Let’s see if Trump will keep his word on this one.

Anyone holding their breath to see if Trump accepts the results of the electoral vote? /s

That’s a helluva double bind.

Bwahahahahah!
