Looks like he started late last night, starting not long after Biden’s speech as Darren Garrison pointed out earlier. I counted 14 times that twitter has posted the disclaimer about disputed claims – 14 times since Biden’s speech. Impressive, even by the toddler in chief’s standards.
Nothing succeeds like excess.
I was entertained to discover that, according to Trump’s Twitter feed, Brian Kemp is about to be arrested. Stacey Abrams will be thrilled.

“This claim about election fraud is disputed” is way too legalistic and weak. I wish Twitter would be a tad more direct…something along the lines of “This is complete bullshit.”

They wouldn’t dare pull the 25th on him. Yes, he is several tacos short of a combo plate but every Republican is simply terrified of his fan base. Looking at Donald cross-eyed is political suicide for most Republicans.
Oh man - I check in on his twitter timeline every couple weeks or so (a practice that I absolutely do NOT recommend), especially after big events (like the election, impeachment, etc.) He goes on these rants really frequently. If his cabinet wasn’t thinking 25th Amendment at any point, this certainly isn’t going to tip them over. They’re pretty tame in comparison to his really nutty late-night shit.
How is this not a direct threat from the President?

Because the Republicans are now simply a personality cult, not a political party, as demonstrated by their so-called platform, which is simply the Trumperprinzip.
Plus, they don’t want to join Kemp and Raffensberger in Gitmo.
Just to be clear, it was Lin Wood that tweeted it. Trump retweeted it without comment. Trump did not personally make any actual threat to prosecute.
He retweets anything complimentary. He probably just retweeted without thinking. He might not have even noticed anything beyond the first line.
He’s still responsible for what it says even if he doesn’t take time to read things.
Some years ago there was an interview with the former communications guy from Trump Org, who used to do all the tweets for “realDonaldTrump”, that new app on those new-fangled iPhones.
Then one day he noticed that Trump had figured out how to post on Twitter himself.
He said it gave him the same feeling as the scene in Jurassic Park when the raptors figure out how to open their cage doors.
