I have been stopping for a Quarter Pounder w/Cheese on my way home. Not a great idea if I want to live long and prosper, but I’m hooked.
So, what’s your favorite fast food? (We might as well include microwave stuff.)

Donairs… mmm… gotta love donairs… with tsatziki sauce and onions and tomatoes… none of this dang sweet sauce people! It’s gotta be tsatziki…
The steak, egg and cheese bagel at mcdonalds.
A cherry clush from Sonic.
I am now 5’ by 5’
Tacos
Fast food tacos.
I am so hooked that I’m now planning a Tuesday outing to Del Taco to enjoy their 3-for-$1.[sup]00[/sup] night.
I refuse to be ashamed. I cannot possibly make one my own killer tacos for the same price.
At the moment… chicken strips.
I had a chocolate banana malt at Johnny Rocket’s the other day. Sure glad that place isn’t in my neighborhood.
Tzatziki, yes. Indubitibly.
This “donair” you speak of sounds like a low-budget gyros to me.
A gyros slathered in creamy tzatziki? Sign me up!!!
Long John Silver’s chicken planks dipped in ketchup. Mmmmmmmmmm. And all the little fried crunchy bits that come with them. Deepfriedgreasysalt. Oh yeah.
My arteries hate me.
My addiction: a Triple Cheese Burger. I love the pickles!
Sausage McMuffin… There is nothing healthy on it, but I just love it!
I have a love of French Fries that is surpassed by very few other things on this planet.
Oddly enough, I never cared much for fries. But the ones I used to get at the corner hot dog stand in Chicago were just great. I couldn’t figure out why they were so much better until one day I saw the guy behind the counter using the deep fryer to cook polish sausages. That’s the trick.
I’m almost afraid to admit my addiction to Wendy’s salads in the midst of the grease-fest. Grease and salt are wondrous, but the OP asked for my favorite fast food, and currently that’s either a mandarin chicken or taco salad. It’s not like they’re very nutricious, but they’re damn addicting.
Pizza rolls. Those little frozen squares of lard you can pop into a microwave. Forty of those things at midnight hit the spot, I assure you.
I am completely addicted to these things. Luckily I only have a craving about once a month for them, so I’m not quite the whale I would be if I ate them more often.
Favorite: Spicy pepperoni (wonderful!)
Yuckiest: Nacho cheese (imitation cheese flavored spittle)
All-time favorite : Egg McMuffin
Second : Wendy’s Double cheese with everything
Honorable Mention:
everything Taco Bell
Quarter Pounder
Big Mac
McRib
Hardee’s Hot Ham & Cheese
and Hoagies, lots of hoagies! From various bars and restaurants around town. I LIVE on hoagies!
Being a veggie, I sometimes go in and order a “Mandarin salad” (minus the chicken) along with a Biggie Fries. I’ll admit, it’s good stuff.
There is a local truck that goes around delivering “the best goddam soft ice cream on the planet.” I’m addicted to the stuff.
Donair/gyros has to be right up there (with tsatziki of course, and some hot sauce as well), but it gets beaten out by the samosas from the sweet shop across the street from work, nice chunky potato, a few peas, onion and spices in a thin crisp deep-fried wrapping, and a sweet-sour-spicy tamarind chutney for dipping. And they’re three for a dollar! The OJ I have with them costs more than that!
I try to limit myself to once a week, but the cafeteria food sometimes forces me.
McDonald’s fries own my soul. Not even being on Atkins can deter me from eating those. I have to stay far, far away from McDonalds.
Aside from that, my most recent addiction was Arby’s 5-Star Club. Best. Sandwich. EVER.
Unfortunately, or fortunately depending on how you look at it, they stopped making those about a month ago.
the new spicy chicken burrito at taco bell is extremely good. Around here whoppers are on sale for 99 cents 2 days a week so i get them sometimes. That and jr bacon cheeseburgers at wendys are what i usually get if i don’t get pizza.
Oh, if they only had In n Out Burgers on the East Coast…
But barring that, fish tacos from Baja Fresh. Mmmmm… fish sauce.
