Marietta is easier for me, but I’ll try to find the Duluth location if we have it there.
I think Marietta is easier to find as well, but we can take a run at finding the Duluth one as well. Is it as easy to find as the Marrieta location?
the D&B is about a half mile off of the Steve Reynolds oxit on 85north, and you only have to make one turn.
I’ve been to both and they are about as easy to find as the other…both are very close to the highway.
The Duluth location is, like the Marietta location, just off the side of the freeway.
Count me in. Sorry I’ve been out of touch. My mother died last Saturday in Tennessee, aqnd I’ve been up there since since the 9th of July and only got back in Atlanta today. If it’s got to be at a Dave and Buster’s, I guess the Gwinett one is closer than the Cobb one, but wherever it is, I’ll be there.

Yes I AM serious,LOL… a friend of mine who can play ANYTHING on the gitar… and me ( <<who can’t play squat)… and WHOEVER… have been known to sit in my driveway on my couch ( that I was going to sell but have since changed my mind because it is too much fun to sit in on the driveway because it is such a RETARDED thing to do) in my little cookie cutter subdivision neighborhood and play guitar till 4:00am…
We have a blast, you name it and he can play it. anyhow… don’t that sound like FUN!!!

Sorry for the delay in posting the confirmation… I’ll be there. Just me, I have no S.O.; I might be able to bring up a friend or two though who should be introduced to SDMB. 
Our friend mouthbreather sent me some info in an e-mail about Dave and Buster’s that I have managed to lose.
Apparently if there are more than 10 people in attendance they have a “revenue” requirement that must be met. (In other words, as I understand it, we have to spend a certain amount of money with them, which shouldn’t be that difficult if we drink, eat and play games, and even if there are some non-drinkers, I think we can stilll make it on about 40 dollars a couple.)

Well, as I remember it (and I’d need to check my work email to verfiy) we don’t need to go that route. But, if we are going to have more than 8, getting a table may be tough or impossible. If we rent this small room, then we pay $50 for a three hour block, and then we need to spend $300 on top of that(food, drink, and game credits included).
Anything more than 18-20 and we will have to move up to the next sized room, which I did not ask about. But, in all honesty, I don’t expect that many people. IME with dopefests more people always say they are coming than actually show up, for whatever reason. If we can get 15 people to show up we should be able to do it for $25-$30 / head, tip included. That’s not hard to do over dinner, drinks and games.
If it actually looks like we are going to have more than 20 people showing up, then I will call them about what our options are.
And for the record, gooti is my SO for now; She’ll be my wife in late October. 
We’ll both be coming.
