Girl trouble, can I have some advice please?

Yup, you’ll be pissed, then sad, then trying to get it out of your mind so you can pretend everything is fine. While that might feel better now, it’s much better to just be pissed and then lonely. You will get over it.

Trust me, it won’t be the first time this happens!

You sound like a guy who has his shit together. You articulate yourself very well, and you seem to realize what’s going on, however blinded you might be by your own desires. It sounds like you’ve got your emotions under control, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that other people do (whether you realize it or not)! So, bonus points for you. Don’t let someone else’s problems become your own.

Never get involved with a woman whose problems are worse than yours.

Kissing someone against whom you have a restraining order seems to indicate she fits this description. You don’t need this kind of thing at your age. Or later either.

I don’t think she intends to be messing with your head, but that is what she is doing nevertheless.

Shodan

Dude, if you could write that sentence and not see at least a dozen large red flags start waving…

I dunno, teemingONE, maybe you like drama. Nothin’ wrong with that, lots of people do. You get to be the star of your own little soap opera, which some people find gives some meaning to their lives, and it sure fills up the emptiness of suburban teenagerhood. Just don’t kid yourself that your going to get anything but drama–well, drama and some sex maybe–so if drama’s not what you want, this relationship’s probably not a good idea. I can see a dozen different ways this could play out, ain’t none of them good.

Psssst, Sailboat ? Teenagers can be eighteen or nineteen, and therefore not under a guardianship.
