Grimm (half) season six discussion thread

Holy Blake’s 7!!!
At least as of right now…

Brian

I was wondering if they were going to do the “give me the stick and I will save your friends” route. But even if he did, how long would they live during Ragnarok?

Brian

…and now it is done.

Obvious answer was obvious.

When Nick tossed the staff I thought “you idiot – you can use it to bring back folks to life”. I did not see being sucked into a portal and a reset to coming back from the other place.

I thought the ‘reset’ ending was a total cheat, on the level of having Nick wake up and the entire series was a pizza-induced nightmare. :frowning:

I liked the reference to “the triplets” at the end. Still disappointed that we never got to see the puppies though.

They wouldn’t have been, they are just regular humans until puberty if i remember correctly.

Did anyone else feel like “Let’s go kill some vessen!” is kind of fucked up?

Nick & Co. did kill a lot of vessen, so maybe not so much.

Right, but that wasn’t their goal, they solved crimes and helped people. Diana sounded more like the old school Grimm that just killed vessen willy nilly.

I guess creepy kid, creepy young adult.

I really felt the Big Reset Button was kind of unnecessary- all it did was bring everyone back to life, which Nick could’ve (theoretically) done just by using the staff on 'em. What was the point?

Nick never really shield away from killing bad wesen, so I would assume that is what they are after.

A satisfying enough ending, I guess. Once Monroe and Rosalee were killed (not to mention Eve and Trubel), I knew there would be a magic reset of some sort. Thankfully there was.

I’d have liked to know what Eve/Juliette ended up doing. Did the reset go back to before she lost her hexenbiest powers?

And what about Were-Wu?

Any other loose ends?

Diana specifically said that Juliette was a Hexenbiest ‘again’ (confusing most people), so, yeah, she has her powers back and Diana along with Nick knows what happened. Does Trubel remember?

Oh, right, I forgot Diana mentioned that. Thanks!

Trubel doesn’t seem to; when she ran in, she said “I had a feeling something really bad was going to happen.”

A red herring. I shit you not

Totally unsatisfying ending. I felt like the writers and director phoned this one in. Even some of the actors seemed less than convincing at times.
