I can identify a trend that went on for several years, and at a minimum, I don’t see any evidence that it has changed. Could it have? Maybe. But that is not the logical first assumption.

I didn’t call guin a whore or a cunt or a worthless person, I stated my fucking opinion I thought she spends waay too much time online and I stand by my OPINION. That’s all it is and you are free to disagree and flame away.

Hamadryad, a comment or two that you made earlier about me was fairly made, but I do take issue with this:
Poor judgment call. You only meet us during our “down time” here. And even then, you don’t know what good can come from what is said here.
Maybe you are not to be included, but there are people who just don’t seem to see the other people here as “real people.” It’s “just a message board.”
I met my husband on a computer message board 20 years, 360 days ago. I was with his daughter when our first grandchild was born. She’s in college now. Too much time? Idle hands?
furt: I haven’t interpreted what Guin has said as objecting to anyone’s right to criticize her. And, of course, she too has the right to criticize what they say of her and to express her opinion. What I hear her objecting to is the silly notion that just because she has introduced a subject, she should be expected to answer all unanswered questions that are put to her on that subject. If she had wanted to reveal that particular information, there wouldn’t be any questions to ask. I can understand someone innocently asking a question on a topic brought up by Guin, but they are foolish to automatically expect an answer.

What the hell are you on about? Where did “unanswered questions” come into this? Nobody is asking her anything. All I’ve said is that she has no room to complain if people decide they want to discuss her personal life and/or personality. I really have no desire to do so myself.
I think the Guin’s stats are a little misleading. Sure Guin averages at a dozen messages per day, but her posts tend to be pretty short, AFAIK (though I don’t hang out at MPSIMS). I suspect that others have a higher word count.
Furthermore, I like Guin’s postings: brevity and sound content are an appealing combination.
And yeah, the OP is highly dubious and more than a little petty. Ah well, another day in the pit.
