aaaaaahhhhhhhhh cliff hanger ending!!!
On the negative side it’s a good job Mr Linderman never thought of the possibility of someone donning a stolen/fake security ID and thus gaining instant access to his treasure trove. Really horribly sloppy writing. Please show me where I missed something and it’s really not sloppy, sloppy writing. (Ando has a power maybe?).
I’ve got the TV on Deal or No Deal (just because there’s nothing else on and I don’t want to miss any), and the audio and video aren’t synched up, even on commercials. Anybody else have this? I’m wondering if it’s a local problem.
<checks the low-def channels…>
… OK, it’s not happening on the low-def channels. I guess I’ll have to watch it in low-def if it doesn’t get fixed.
I respect Mohinder again - good going guy!
Yep. I was starting to wonder if he was an idiot. Guess not!!
Ok I missed something. How is EvilDad/HRG still alive?
I just got home. Can someone spoil the first .5 hour?
Plot Hole?
How did Sylar ORIGINALLY turn off the IV? wasn’t the point to prevent exactly that from happening?
Some other notes
I’m sure I’ll remember more stuff to post later.
BTW: is this the last new episode until… when?
According to the new york post, there is a six week Hiatus.

Wow, a huge, glaring story error. Silar is given a drug to prevent him from using his powers. How does he escape? He *uses his powers * to shut off the drug! What? I know it’s a comic book show but I don’t think Stan Lee would let something as bad as that slip through.
It was just a flesh wound.
But did they explain it? was there anything that I truly did miss?
Now you can’t have any of my pot pie.
BRILLIANT!
April 23?! weeps
April? April?! We have to wait until April???
You missed HRG telling haitian exactly where to shoot him so it wouldn’t kill him in the last episode.
Apparently, you missed him actually conspiring with the Hatian to make the escape.
The two lines in question were telling him to take everything that would let the Company know where Claire was, and telling him where to shoot him so it won’t be lethal.
Excellent episode!
Did anyone catch the index number for Hiro’s sword?
it was CRM-114, which Stanley Kubrick used in a number of his movies (including Clockwork Orange, starring Malcolm McDowell).
In Dr. Strangelove it was the encoder that would allow them to recall the bombers from attacking Russia.
Oh god, what a cliffhanger! That really stings!
Okay, obviously the Sylar/Peter throwdown is next.
Mohander made the same mistake Bennett did; he grossly underestimated the scale and range of Sylar’s ability. Even if he realized that Sylar possessed telekinesis (and it’s possible he did not) Sylar’s “take things apart and figure them out” ability could reasonably let him bypass the drug with enough time. If the organization (which I think we can pretty much confirm now that Linderman is definitely part of) had made the mistake a second time I would have called foul but Mohander was out of his league.
People were rebuilding so there was someone in New York. Not necessarily someone who was in Manhattan when the explosion occurred but someone was there.
There’s so many ways that the plot lines could go right now it’s going to be a tough wait until April…
The Haitian deliberately shot AED in a spot which would be non-fatal. There was dialog last week to the effect of “one inch higher and I’m a dead man.”
Perhaps the most important development of the evening has not yet been mentioned: Peter finally got that goddamn emo hair of his cut!
Re: Sylar shutting off Mohimbo’s IV. Mohimbo administered curare under the theory that it “paralyzes the brain.” Well, OK, that’s not what I get from reading up about it on Wikipedia. But assuming that curare does in fact “paralyze the brain,” the fact that Sylar could still move and talk should’ve been a pretty clear indicator that it wasn’t working. Stupid Mohimbo. Are you somehow unable to extract spinal fluid from a corpse? Revnge first, research later.
