I like to eat frozen breakfast burritos from the store because the egg in them does not have that eggy smell and taste. I would prefer to make them at home, but the eggs I make have that strong eggy smell and taste I don’t like. How do they remove it the eggy smell and taste?

Lot’s of other yummy tastes in the various other burrito fixins probably cover up the egginess? Bacon, sausage, potato, salsa…yum, I want one right now.
Egg Beaters?
Quality of ingredients could be a factor. Cheap, battery-farmed eggs tend to be less flavourful than free-range eggs (with ‘barn’ eggs somewhere in the middle).
If I want to avoid eggy smell and taste, I leave the eggs out.
Isn’t the eggy smell and taste the whole point of a “breakfast” burrito? Otherwise the egg is just pointless filler.
First, buy mass produced eggs, then let them sit after their cooked for a bit. Eggs quickly lose flavor once their out of the pan and after a few minutes, they can be flavorless glop. You could cook some up, freeze them, and then reheat them in the microwave when you want eggs. I would guess that they’d be virtually flavorless at that point.
Well, it does add protein and fat to fill you up, as well as some vitamins for a nutritional aspect. Also depending on the makeup of the rest of the ingredients it could be the main thing holding everything together.
I think some of those frozen burritos use powdered eggs. Can’t get much less egg like than powdered eggs.
I accidentally froze some boiled eggs once they looked and tasted horrible.
