I got all my Christmas cards addressed and put in the mailbox today. In cursive, even. No personalized messages in the cards, but in lieu of that I’m hoping that the piles of glitter that fall off the cards will make everyone think of me.
It snowed last night! It will snow again soon! Yay winter!
Afternoon all! Oh, I am all late today; for some reason, I didn’t navigate to the SDMB site when I was online earlier today gasp yes, hard to imagine! 
At any rate, sorry to hear about the break-in, Taters; it is awful to think of someone going through your stuff. 
Hope they can catch the person who did it!
I’ve got a chicken roasting in the oven and some Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing to go along with it - the chicken is merely the conduit for my stuffing … and no, I did not eat enough on Thanksgiving! LOL We’ll have crock pot chili made with ground turkey tomorrow or Tuesday, when the temps are supposed to be in the teens. I guess I can deal with the cold, so long as there isn’t precipitation to go with it!

we’re having several short bursts of loud pitter-patter rain today. But at least it ain’t snow…yet.
I have a headache. I took Tylenol. I ate something. I drank water. I still have a headache.
Rosie the next step in the headache remedy regimen is, I believe, ice cream. What? It ain’t like it’d hurt!
Spaz I’m sure that everyone who opens a card from you and then has to spend at least half and hour vacuumin’/sweepin’ up glitter will never forget you. Matter of fact they may seek you out with pitchforks and torches even!
I forgot to mention earlier that I (ok we, cause I share with OYKW) have homemade divinity! YUM! I got a Christmas tin full of it this mornin’ from a good friend. See, goin’ to church can be a good thing!
‘Tis gettin’ colder out! The temp decreased throughout the day and will be around 20 Amurrkin tonight. :eek:

I worked, shampooed the rug, and watched rec league hockey.
spaz, I get covered in glitter from the ornaments at work. If you send me a card, I will hunt you down.

I was pretty much of a slug this afternoon (although I did manage to make cranberry/jell-o salad).
