So I’m of the Class of '73, don’t know that I post here a lot, and almost got in trouble last week (again) for cracking jokes and laughing at a funeral with my friend Judi. Well, hell, the recently deceased Chris would’ve been back there with us, if only.

Good mornin’ y’all! Today is my birthday. Don’t remember the age because it changes every year and it is hard to keep track. But, I am a 49er, i, e, I was born in that year.
Got up early and had breakfast at a fancy restaurant. You know it is fancy when they serve handmade tortillas. It was a splurge, but hell it is my birthday!
Not much going on today. My daughter said she would give me a Skype. Looking forward to that!

Have you had time to assess the viabilty of this crowd’s mental health? Who do you think will be first to fall into the dementia hole? Or is that doctor/patient confidential? 
- I’ve had time, but differential diagnosis, with* so many* rule-outs, is tricky at best. Give me another 10-20 yrs?
- What makes you think we’re not already in free-fall re: the dementia hole?
- I’m off-duty, and I’m not a Dr, I work for a living! (I’m a Master’s level license, so I’m not a Dr.) Thus, no confidentiality, so I can proclaim our craziness on any of the other threads with complete legal immunity. (Not that it would be news to the others, anyway!)

That could make for a cool enterprise in one of our yet-to-be started spinoff threads for the FFF (I’m tempted to try to add fourth F so we can be the 4F gang – that is some level of incompetence in draft status, right?) ventures we may be shooting for as this thread gets overloaded. In that, we could all propose threads (not individual posters, per se) where collective mental health is in serious doubt.
Would that be busman’s holiday for you to engage in such analysis for the amusement of the “Frolicsome Flatulent Fossils”?
