I KNOW I’m gonna regret posting this in the Pit, but I decided to apologize for my recent actions. Certain things were said by me that offended certain people. What brought me to my senses was the following:
To answer this question Monster, the reason I went after him is because he went to a completely different thread (maybe even one in MPSIMS, I can’t remember) and rehashed the whole thing several times, something he admitted to doing. This upset me. I now realize though that I carried the whole “revenge” thing waaay too far. Starting a thread over Coldfire himself is not what I am apologizing for though. Rather, I am sorry for three things:
1- The “Holocaust” statement that started the whole mess.
2- Statements I made about the legality of child porn in Holland.
3- Not leaving the matter with Coldfire alone after I had blown off the steam I had worked up.
SPOOFE also mentioned that my insulting Monster104’s poetry upset him. I don’t believe I should have to apologize for my opinion on a subjective matter like art or poetry. But I will admit that I was being unfair, since I am not a poet and wouldn’t know good poetry if it bit me on the ass. I do hereby retract those statements I made.
There it is. I suppose some people will think this isn’t good enough. Well TOO BAD! This is the only regret from me you will get! You can mock or doubt my sincerity all you want, but this is the best I can do to show it.
And in all honesty, and by no means do I want to sound condescending: have you learned anything from all this? If so, I would really like to hear what you have learned.

be it the bbq pit or not, rudeness is by no means a good way to make people apologize without losing a small amount of their dignity.
drainthelizard: you were willing to risk that in order to apologize, heroically done i must say(the words you wrote can not be interpeted in any other way than this: you really are sorry).
you have apologized, but no one else has.
coldfire for starters: your “daily review”, as other posts, are to be considered verbal assaults, no matter if you considered drainthelizards posts as such too.
i am sorry if people were offended by my “minion talk”, it was in no way meant to offend you, it was mearly a refeance to constructive critisism, or the lack of it.
what i am saying might not be true to you, but some of the posts made looked rude enough to spawn an excuse.
Now now now, bj0rn. Stay your rightous wrath. Recall that I started that thread specifically to flame Coldfire. All he did was to respond in kind, which is what I expected. Expecting him to apologize would be a bit much, in my opinion. I don’t think that applies to certain other people, but to go after them would be contrary to the spirit of this thread, which was meant as a mea culpa. I would rather let the matter die.
Coldfire- Yeah, I learned something-that child porn really ISN’T legal in Holland, a matter on which I was truly misinformed.
Of course they were verbal assaults, bj0rn. I was reacting to flames directed at me, in a thread names “Coldfire, you stupid FUCK”. What else is a guy to do?
Go annoy someone else, bj0rn. You had nothing to do with the matter at hand: you merely chose to jump in after four fucking pages to take another jab at me, since that appears to be your hobby. The only option you have now is to leave this thread alone (after all, this is were DTL apologises), and start a separate “c0ldfire you stupid fukc” thread to flame me. I promise you a Daily Analysis of your own.
Hey drain. Thanks for apologizing. I would still recomend the name change thing though. It helps people get over any negative associations they may have had with you.
Yes there will be tounge. Of course it will be Alphagene’s tounge drain. Sorry, but it’s one of the rules in the pit. Didn’t you see it in your registration agreement?
I’m sorry too. Sorry I will not forgive you after your “tongue-in-cheek” post, where I tried to offer honest help to someone who sounded like they needed it, and ended up feeling like a chump.
I was nothing but polite to you in every post I ever made, and you threw that back at me, or ignored me. I must unfortunately wait and see a long time before I can accept an apology. Not that that should matter to anyone, as I’m not very important here.
