Well Dtl, you did apologize for the Holocaust statements, which was the first thing to upset me, then you retracted your statements about my site and my works, which was a personal attack on me and that’s what really pissed me off. Those were the two things pissing me off; I was just annoyed by your childporn comments since I knew others would raise that issue better than I could.
All is forgiven in my case, it’s just a bad memory now. Just try and watch what you post in the future, because I’d rather be a friend than a foe.
I’d consider taking that name change too (Just remember to e-mail an admin about it so you don’t get banned for having multiple usernames).

BjOrn, sweetie, listen closely: This forum is called the BBQ Pit, “BBQ” which stands for Bar-be-que (that’s pronounced “BAR-bee-kew”). Now, I don’t know if they have BBQ in Iceland, but if they do, then you ought to know that it involves flames, and lots of them. Very hot. Very fierce.
So the reason why this particular forum is called the BBQ Pit is because it’s specifically for flaming, not pork spareribs, but people. Still with me so far? Okay, here comes the big logic jump: it’s darn difficult to flame someone without being rude. As a matter of fact, offhand I can’t think of a single way to call someone an asshole, a fuckface, a dickwad, a jerkoff, or a scrotum-licking windbag who is a total waste of genetic material, without sounding rude.
The Pit is a rude place. Get used to it, okay? It’s not good for your blood pressure to worry about stuff like this so much.
DDG, you’re talking to Geiser Boy here. He understands heat in general and the Pit in particular just fine. He just likes to try and piss me off, that’s all.
Seriously, do a search for all his posts in the Pit, and see how many are directed towards me. 35% at least. And outside of the Pit, there’s hardly a trace of him.

So when I saw that thread pop up and him saying things I didn’t think were appropriate–and moreover were inaccurate, I called him on it; some feeding frenzy :rolleyes:
Course, he’s apologized for his actions, so I really don’t have a problem with him anymore–except for the fact that at first glance his name looks way too similar to Danielinthewolvesden (I’m sure I spelled that wrong). I look at the screen and see a long name with no spaces beginning with “d”…oh well…I’m sure mune looks like “Mygl31”…now if only we had a poster named that…what the hell am I talking about?

It’s always nice to see a new poster have the decency to admit where they were wrong and apologize for it. It’s also nice to see someone show that they really are a better person than I had originally thought. If it means anything to you, you are no longer on the short list of posters I purposely ignore.

Since I was the one that you initially called a Nazi and used that as some lame way to try to make me feel sorry for you, I feel I should make a statement.
I have already told you that I will deal with you when the topic warrants (not verbatim) but I wonder about the sincerity of your apology to Coldfire.
You jumped on my ass and made horrible comments. Coldfire called you on them and you turned around and started a thread flaming him. In that thread you sat there and tried to play “whoa is me”. Everyone jumped on your ass and now you are apologizing?
I am sorry but I see a bit of a victim attitude.
I am not stating this to make anyone feel any different than they already do about this thread but somehow it seems a bit contrived to me.
I have learned, if you have steam to blow off The Pit may not be the appropriate place to do so. I have a few people on here that don’t want anything to do with me because of it so I know first hand.
My recommendations to any new person that reads this thread:
If you have a beef, think it through.
The Pit should not always be a place that anything goes, if you are out of line, people will call you on it. Oh and using fucker, goat felcher and the like is not always appropriate for a flame.
If your life outside of the SD is less than happy (meaning you could bite the head off a pitbull) then you may want to consider keeping it in a journal and don’t involve the boards.
In short, call people on their errors but don’t get so gung (?) ho on calling people horrible names and being such a asshole that people have no respect for you.
Disclaimer: This does not mean I haven’t committed the same errors or will not do so in the future but it’s something to think about.
