I’d like to play in Cecilvania. I know I only have one game under my belt, but I’d be willing to bet my prior game knowledge matches or surpasses a lot of people with more games played.
(What can I say, I was bored at work and reading a finished game of mafia was a great way to kill a couple days.)
Hmmm…
I can’t do mafia until next sunday at earliest, two/three weeks from now at latest. So if it starts late enough, I’m in. Otherwise, I’ll wait for the bus to come around again.
Oh, and I’d kind of like to mod a game. It doesn’t look to hard, as long as I have a couple of months without heavy work (and starting mid-June, I will). I have a really cool idea too–it’s kind of like consipracy, except that the questions are in which side gets which power roles. And the town is a town of mafians with townies trying to take back the city. (unfortunalty, it sounds like that was stolen by batman…ah well)
Not finished with it yet, but I’d like to try it. How much expirience does one have to have to mod?
…That’s the mafia bus.
and I meant Cecilvania. With Shadow Facts Stamp of Approval! I don’t think I’m newbish enough to play the other–that, and I think Conspiracy was absolutly brilliant, and I’d love to play something like it.
So…yeah.
My game is posted. Anyone who specifically requested to play in this thread after I announced it has a spot reserved. Anyone else who would like to play can sign up for the lottery in the new thread.

You don’t need experience; you just have to be organized. Counting votes is harder than it looks. I consistently made mistakes until I automated the process with a matlab script.
Also, you should have someone else look at your game setup. More scrutiny is good for finding game-breaking or otherwise weak portions of the game setup. You won’t find everything, but more consideration will be worth it.
FTR, I’m absolutely down for the Cecilvania game. Maybe storyteller and I can actually be on the same side for once (not counting the brief stint as crew in the Pirates game), otherwise we always have our little showdown, it seems.

Weren’t you guys both Town in the FireFly Game? Though in that one you STILL had a Showdown… After you had a showdown with Me Day 1.
(-_-)
Cecilvania is about to start, Atarus’s game on the offsite boards is about to start, and I was asked to join a game on another board where I played for about 2½ years. And that’s coming up to the starting gun.
Can I manage three games of Mafia at once? Plus three running D&D games and another I’m still building the character for? Can I hell.
Consequently (because I’m already committed to this other game) I’ll have to sit out of one or the other of Cecilvania or Atarus’s game - unless I get killed out of one game PDQ.

You know, you’re right. I just don’t remember much about that game 'cause it was a while ago and I was killed fairly early, at least compared to my normal longevity, and I quit following soon after I was killed when I stopped playing for a while. Of course, I’d really love to get to play with him as scum some time. I could imagine us having that sort of showdown for Days and just completely leading the town around by the nose, and when one of us finally got lynched, the other would probably be scott-free.
