Does anyone have an idea why JD and J_C like to cause so much trouble? One imagines, that if the two of them were paying attention, they would realize that their words are hateful, and maybe they’d be more careful in using them. Instead, they intrude into threads with their malformed opinions. They must know that they are going to cause trouble and another Pit thread. Is their desire to feel superior that strong?
I swear, every time those two show up in a thread, I think of all the poor lions going to bed hungry.
That was one of the most heartless, crass and hurtful comments I have seen posted on the SDMB. I just hope it wasn’t as calculated as it seemed.
I can’t imagine she didn’t know exactly what she was saying. It’s the lowest I can remember anyone going around here. Ever.

There were many shitty comments, but the one where Jersey said she could tell Eve was TG when she met her at a dopefest is the main one I’m referring to. One of them also called her “prissy”. Prissy? Prissy! Ya wanna talk about uptight? You could shove a piece of coal up Jersey’s ass, and in two weeks you’d have a diamond. A Jersey Fucking Diamond.

As a Christian, these two make me very sad. Ya know, they will be in for a real shock when they get to the pearly gates.

In real world terms I can well imagine that 90%+ of women who had a question about someone’s gender at a party would draw their husband or SO aside during a private moment and ask in a whisper what the scoop was, and in my experience women are often intensely curious about this issue if the question presents itself.
Having said that IMO the real problem is less one of pure hatefullness as such, and more that JD has huge problem with tact or consideration as to what impact her words would have in conversation, and has probably had this problem all her life and at some point she decided that her inability to moderate her thoughts before they became words or speech was “someone else’s problem” not hers.
If someone is trying to live a complete TG life about the most brutal thing you could tell them is “Y’know I kind of suspected you weren’t really “all woman” when I met you, etc etc but that’s OK if that’s what you’re into. You’re still a man to me when I see you post.”
JD whether or not your realize it you’re essentially spitting on someone’s efforts to live a complete life in the manner they have chosen because the outer package didn’t originally have the right gift wrapping.
I don’t think JD is a “hateful, evil pig” she just lacks discretion and conversational manners. It’s just extraordinarly bad manners and incredibly bad form to put this in someone’s face after meeting them in real life. One would think you had been raised in a barn or otherwise had a pretty deprived background to put stuff like this up.
