On another site I visit, someone coined the term the “hatchelor pad”. Perfect.
I’m going to guess that it’s
Because everyone thinks he’s nuts because a series of numbers is out to get him.
-Joe
But that only explains 1 day.
I feel like this doesn’t really need to be spoilered because it’s discussing past episodes, but since the subthread deals with a future episode I’ll black it out anyway.
Nope, because…He didn’t have any inkling about the numbers until he met Dave in there, and heard him obsessively repeating the sequence so often that it stuck in his head. Dave was in there because the numbers drove him around the bend, but Hurley had to be in there for some other reason.
Uh, so is you-know-who just being a big fat liar, or did what I thought happened in that hotel room didn’t happen?
And wow, I didn’t notice it was only the 48 minute mark until I posted. I guess not putting names was the right thing to do?
Yeah, because here it doesn’t even start for another 12 minutes and 13 seconds.
Boy, Jin’s sure being an asshole in the first segment.
Sawyer’s reading “Are You There God, It’s Me Margaret”. HAHAHAHHA!
“Jack and Locke are a little too busy worrying about Locke and Jack”
Great line by Ana Lucia.
Now that was some real good smart-assery by Charlie.
“Humor’s not his strong suit.” (pause) “And I’m saying this to you…”
And then the handoff of the gun. Swivel it back to Sayid.
charlie vs AL:
meow! ffft! fft!
I’m not minding AL this show.
Also - there’s a pregnancy test on the plane?
Ahhhh, so Sayid has now shifted the blame to the Others for Shannon… and it won’t be good to be Henry Gale if Sayid doesn’t find a balloon.
They messed up the subtitles. “You’re husband” instead of “your husband”.
heh.
I wonder if Jin will think she’s been banging somebody else…
So, do we believe Sun?
I mean, if the Island can heal Locke’s spine, it can certain fix Jin’s manly bits.
On the other hand, she could have been banging that bald guy, or Michael. Or maybe even Walt.
…
WAAAAAAAALLLT!
Well, we’ll know if the baby is born black… Or bald.
Man, even if Henry Gale is a balloonist, as he claims, he’s acts pretty damn suspicious, and his final little sinister speech isn’t doing much to convince Jack and Locke of his innocence.
Forgive me if this has been asked and answered. I don’t usually get to see the show until the day after and by that time the thread is usually six or seven pages long. Anyways, about Hurley. Twice now we’ve seen him with illicit food. Wasn’t the whole point in “Everybody Hates Hurley” that he distributed all of the stored food? Is the idea supposed to be that he didn’t distribute it all? He kept a bigger share for himself? What? And if he did distribute all of the stored food except for his own personal stash, then where did the cereal from tonight’s episode come from?
Jorge Garcia refuses to lose weight. They’re trying to justify that in story rather than just continue to ignore it.
Actually, if you see recent pictures of him in celeb magazines, he’s looking much thinner. I imagine they shot most of the episodes when he was still really heavy, but now that he’s looking better they’ll probably write that into the show too.
Menocchio, you are a sick, sick person.
Anybody up for discussing the previews? Because…
…holy crap.
Re: Sun in nightgown.
Be still, my beating heart!
<Bette Midler in For The Boys>
Well, it was purple all right, but I don’t think it was his heart!

Anyone know if the backwards dialog that Jin heard was just the regular dialog in reverse. I’m assuming it was. My mini recorder won’t play backwards, so I’m no help.
Why in the hell would Henry Gale taunt Jack and Locke with that ambush story? Does he have a death wish? Just cocky?
