To follow up my own post, I once again brought my brother (who doesn’t watch the show) in to examine the two.
He says no because it appears Henry has a “butt chin” while janitor has a smooth chin.
He also asked why I am always asking him about people from Lost looking like other people from Lost.
I explained it and he called us all “A bunch of GOD-Damn nerds!”
I agree with your brother, middleman–not that we’re nerds, but that Janitor is not Not-Henry.
Well, okay … we are nerds.
Maybe so, but whether or not we are actually damned by God nerds is subjective.

i have a theory about Locke’s former paralysis. remember the Nasty Dudes that were haunting (heh) the cemetary during Pseudo-Dad’s funeral, and who later showed up to question Locke about the money he’d retrieved from the security box in the bank? i’m betting that they somehow get confirmation on the un-dead status of Fake Dad, and come back to extract Physical Retribution (or Get Medieval, your pick) on Locke’s ass in retaliation. even better, i’m thinking they actually have captured Fake Dad and beat the ever-lovin’ crap out of both of them at the same time. only, see, Fake Dad succumbs to his injuries after some tear-jerking Final Very Special Moment with Locke, where he spouts some drivel like how he wishes he actually had him for a son, or some such mush. Locke, at this final jerking-around at Finding/Losing Dad, winds up in the hospital where his physical wounds eventually heal, but he’s now got himself a fine case of psychosomatic paralysis.
To paraphrase a line from the most recent show, “God can see how nerdy you are, just as well as anyone else!”
They showed the janitor in much better light - you could clearly tell it’s not him. It looks like the people wanting to propose this theory are just trying to stir up controversy, because they could’ve just posted a better pic and it would’ve clearly been insubstantial.
