Understatement of the millenium!
What was with Mum’s “heavenly” glance up last episode?
I really enjoyed last night’s episode, particularly the “girls’ night out” scene. Great fun!
She realized that she still had some of her power. She had thought she was constrained by her mortal form.
Then she trounced that thug pretty badly. An awesome scene! She’s at least as strong as Lucifer.
I like the fact that Chloe and Maze are going to be roomies, although I do think it’s a bit contrived that she’s suddenly decided to move out of her mom’s house. Didn’t Mom leave a while ago? Does Chloe really want her daughter to live with somebody who “thinks” she’s a demon?
I also don’t get how Lucifer’s mom has seamlessly assumed the life of the woman’s whose body she inhabited (did I say that right?).
Wouldn’t her kids and husband find it strange that she’s talking differently and doesn’t know *anything *about them or human family life?
This is going to be an interesting arrangement. I love seeing Trixie interact with Lucifer. I’m sure that there will be some amusing scenes with Maze, as well.
Her brush with death would explain a lot of lapses. though maybe not the chain…
Wow. What happened to the light, amusing show I used to know?
Does Imperioli specialize in psycho- or sociopathic killers?
I did enjoy the scene last night where Lucifer was in the background unpacking Maze’s sex toys.
They bring in Uriel and then dispose of him in the very same episode? I thought he would be around longer…
I think a little of him would go a long way. And I’m sure they’ve got more brothers and sisters waiting in the wings (as it were). I wonder who they’ll cast as Azrael…
Though Gabriel and his horn in a jazz band has been done before, Gabriel and Lucifer jamming together might be quite fun.
True. I wonder if they’ll echo the portrayal of Gabriel from the old “In Nomine” RPG and make him (her) female as well.
Oh, that was quite fun!
Yeah, that was.
Also liked the bonding with Detective Douche over cheesy action films, and the nod to Neil Gaiman, when Chloe read Coraline for the bedtime story.
Not quite sure that six has that time out thing with the kids down, chaining the little sprogs to something.
Yes, I laughed out loud about that! Didn’t Chloe say it was kinda cute seeing them like that? Can’t remember her exact words…
Last night’s episode was great - Maze taking Trixie trick-or-treating, and Lucifer’s out-of-controlness which started out funny and quickly got a lot darker.
The revelation at the end promises to have some big ripples. This show keeps getting better and better!
