I cannot answer that I think, at this moment. He did get my attention Day 0. (I feel a bit Meeko-ish now.) I’m not sure I can excise that awareness from my worldview. It is also true, however, that I believe honestly that his behavior since Day 0, that is on Day 1, has kept it. I believe that to be valid.

In the spirit of complete intellectual honesty, I will go back and re-assess, as if Day 0 had not existed, as much as I can.

Well, looks like public opinion has shifted dramatically since I was on last!

I don’t know what to do here, but it’s a happy kind of not knowing, because I really like all three of the leading candidates (too bad that never happens in real life…).

I still think** Pleonast** looks scummiest of all, but the fact that nobody else seems to find my case compelling has to give me pause. I would hope that Chronos feels the same way about his case on me.

I am also one of the people Angel mentioned who has suspected but not voted for Boozahol, and I would still be happy to see if that train could get some traction tomorrow.

I think I will probably just end the Day with my one-off vote. There are those who would say I should pick one of the leaders to “leave a record”, but the fact is that I really feel about the same about all of them, and if I just arbitrarily pick one, the “record” will be misleading in that it would make me look scummy (if I vote for Town) or smarter than I really am (if I vote for not-town).

So, for the record, here are my thoughts: the five players I would currently be happy to lynch are** Pleonast, Toejam, Boozahol, Colby**, and** Lakai.** I’ll also add** Johnny Bravo** to that list; he has had his vote parked on Normal Phase since page one, hasn’t been around lately, and I seem to recall thinking he was coming off really scummy earlier but can’t remember why. I lean towards believing septimus’ claim. The other 46 of you I am still trying to read.

I hope to be around to keep an eye on EoD shenanigans, but likely won’t have time to post much.

Well if **Winston Smith **or **Daphne Black ** show up I will be surprised. I think we might have a better chance getting a vote from Judge Crater or Amelia Earhart than either of them.

I think this is a massive example of confirmation bias, where everyone who votes for me uses my subsequent posts as further evidence of my guilt. I wonder if anyone will claim responsibility for guessing wrong when it’s revealed that I am town? Or will everyone say their vote was justified because I was acting scummy?

Glad for a laugh! I forgot to leave context for the quotes from Mr. Plankton. The first was describing his own post, the 2nd described Lakai’s post.

And no, I don’t think Lakai has claimed yet. I hope we don’t have a panicked ending at Dusk with claims, false claims, and counterclaims leaping at us from all directions. (I’m glad I got my own panicked claim out of the way already. )

@ Lakai — if you are Town, whether Vanilla or not, please post your role, truthfully, ASAP. My claim was too early (partly because I was off by a day re: EOD); don’t make yours too late.

My gut instinct on Cobly is that he’s scum. Between Lakai and Toejam, Hooker provides a cohernet argument for toejam in d1#568. Tho we seem to have a runaway train for Lakai.

You’re overlooking his two first posts I think. Look at those two (and his post @Guiri) and compare them with his later posts. They read like completely different players to me. It looks as if he had a “play” in mind, when starting out, a persona or an act, and when things fell through just gave up.

So yeah, 3p is a good bet I think. His posts does not look vetted! Or maybe he gave up to provide a minibus for his fellows… But I don’t see vanilla.
