On the third try, my brain finally parsed it correctly.

For non-USAians, FBI stands for Female Body Inspector.

It also stood for that when I and my classmates were all about age 10. Not that we had much idea why anyone would want to be a female body inspector, but golly was it a deliciously funny / interesting idea.

I misinterpreted the sarcasm quotes to be actual quotes, thus asking for a list of shows with “Perfect” in their titles. I came up with two right off the bat: “Perfect Strangers” and “Less Than Perfect”…
