MST3K quote!

From the Screaming Skull:
“Get a BOX!”
Terror From th Year 5000:
“And…Action.”

From the short A Date With the Family

[Title Screen shows A Date with the Family]

Crow: The “Woody Allen” Story

Eeeeeaaaarrrrllll Holliman!

Crow putting words in the mouth of an appx. 11 year old Japanese girl in “The Prince of Space:”
“Woody Allen asked me out”

“We have to get back to bootblacking. WE LIKE IT VERY MUCH.”

Also- “Please allow me to refer to my earlier treatise on how your weapons are useless against me.”
From “The Mole People:”
Camera pans over a featureless landscape
Bots: “where are we?”
Caption on screen: “ASIA”
Servo: “That helps.”

When the opening title comes up, one of the bots says something like “Oh! A movie about the people who make the sauce!” Get’s me ever time.

From Mitchell, my favorite episode of all time:

While Joe Don Baker is slobbering all over Linda Evans and Hoyt Axton’s singing the horrible theme music (“My, my, my, my Mitchell”):

Crow: My, my, my, my God!
Servo: Joel, why would anybody do that with Mitchell?

And from A Day at the Circus:

Joel: Emmet Kelley’s eating and it’s still funny!

My husband and I add “and it’s still funny” to almost everything.

Sorry about the gratuitis use of an apostrophe. It’s a contraction of “get us,” in case you were wondering.

While I’m here, from “The Magic Sword:”
“Open the bomb bay doors, HAL.”
“STRIDER! BOROMIIIIR!”
“Hmmm, I think I’d enjoy some Basil Rathbone Alfredo…”

And on a similar note, who can forget Krankor’s signature laugh from Prince of Space?

“Eh-ha-ha-ha-ha!” **

YES…the chicken men…

At least in the case of the actor who played Torgo. I’d like to know the story behind him, poor guy.

and not to post twice in a row, but…

“I’M COMMEENG!!!”

(from the one about leonardo da vinci, i don’t remeber the name.)

Quest of the Delta Knights.

Prince of SpaceCharacter: “Captain Manakata…”
Mike: “I understand you’re stuffed with cheese”

Giant Spider Invasion: Alan Hale: “What?!? Pork gravy in a can??”

Space Mutiny: as the villain and hero chase each other in those stupid floor-waxer golf-cart things, and the bimbo heroine gives chase: “C’mon, she could catch up with them walking on her hands.”

Villain to hero: “Meddling fool!”
Tom:"Where’d that come from?..“Accursed mountebank!!”

Spazcat: thanks for the ward E link—especially since I posted some stuff there.

 I can’t believe I forgot to mention that one. It’s one of my favorites!

Hello, folks. I’m just here to remind you, per the rules of the Straight Dope Message Board, that downloading of copyright material is technically illegal in the United States and other countries. I’m not stopping you from doing it, just providing a disclaimer that it is illegal.

Actually, this isn’t technically illegal. It is somewhere in the “grey area” of copyright laws. There is never, never, never downloading of episodes that are available for purchase. NEVER. What is done in the DAP is a digital form of tape trading, which is not illegal. There is no form of compensation for episodes, and therefore it is not selling them either.

It’s made even grayer by the fact that the show always encouraged episode trading. “Keep circulating the tapes!”

More from Fire Maidens from Outer Space:
“On the left! The LEFT! Dickweed!”

“Jupiter: America’s Dairyland!”

about the lever that can do anything:
“It can change the tenperature, the humidity, it can turn you into a nine-year-old Hindu boy…”

gee, that lever sure sounds like… a SAMPO!

<Servo> I think a sampo is a strapless evening gown. <Crow> You think everything is a strapless evening gown. <Servo> I just think they’re neat! (The Day the Earth Froze)
It also kinda reminds me of the claims made about the capabilities of an interociter…

And yes, “Keep circulating the tapes” is indeed a complication on the legality stuff…

Pod People:
“Trumpy, you can do stupid things!”

That was the worst movie I’ve ever seen. It was so bad, the MSTing couldn’t even make it worth watching. The movie doesn’t make any sense at all! (not that many MST3k’d ones do, but it’s the worst I’ve seen) :shudder:

And speaking of Gunslinger

How about the entire scen where they’re trying to shoot each other while professing their love?

“Pony Express: When it absolutely, positively has be htere in three or four months.”

I wish I could spell…

Space Mutiny: <Crow, upon seeing Captain Santa, his grandma/daughter, & the really blond guy): “Sting, Debbie Reynolds, and God”.
