NEW Stupid Republican Idea of the Day (Part 1)

I expect QAnon would be more amenable to embracing the military-sightings-of-UFOs story if only it incorporated more content relating to Jewish space lasers.

Sounds like someone’s just finished reading Watchmen.

I could almost believe that all the QAnon bullshit about the stolen election is perpetrated by space aliens to distract us from their upcoming invasion.

Optimist!

The more I read about this sort of idiocy, the more “culling the human race” sounds like a reasonable idea.

N.B. This is not an endorsement of mass murder. I just despair for humanity sometimes.

The alternative to this is some level of state control over what people are allowed to say. Do you seriously think that would be an improvement?

This is absolutely incorrect. Broadcast media is a Contract Carrier. A common carrier is required to provide service to the public. I cannot go to my local TV station and demand that they carry my message. They can refuse, even when offered payment. A common carrier, within the bounds of what is legal, is not entitled to refuse me service.

I, for one, welcome our new Qanon-culling-with-Nazi-death-ray overlords.

30 right wing Congress members, including Gaetz, Gosar, and Taylor Greene, send a letter to the DOD demanding an end to the “growing trend of left-wing extremism and politicization in our armed forces.”

Like any of those GOP snowflakes with their firearms selfies wouldn’t just shit their pants and run away if they had to fight any of the lesbian servicemembers whose tasteful depiction in a military recruiting video has got them all triggered.

I was thinking more along the lines that the members of QAnon are aliens in disguise, promoting ridiculous conspiracy theories so that when their buddies fly down in a UFO and mutilate a few cows it’ll hardly be worth mentioning.

Every planet gets the overlords it deserves.

Chickenhawks, projectionists, posers, and QAanon loons.

It’s like living in a bizarro world except many of these fine examples knowingly and willingly spout these lies to goad on their constituent’s prejudicial views. Keep 'em hopped up and they won’t recognize actual programs and policies that help them and the country. Some are just human meatbags.

Wow! That’s the definition of “crazy”! Deluded wankers, the whole goddam lot of 'em…

That seems more and more plausible, with each passing day.

Or is that just what they want us to think? Hmmmm…

Senator Tom Cotton claimed on Tuesday that advocating for dismantling systemic racism is propaganda in service to the Communist Party of China.

Can we call Boris Johnson a dishonorary Republican? Because this is so goddamn stupid that it deserves to be in this thread:

“The prime minister regarded this as just a scare story,” Cummings said, adding the view of officials was Johnson’s attitude was “don’t worry about it and I’m going to get Chris Whitty to inject me live on TV with coronavirus.”

In case the story is so stupid that you are having a hard time comprehending it: Boris Johnson wanted to have someone inject the actual COVID-19 virus on TV to prove it was harmless. Not the vaccine. The virus.

To Boris’ credit, this does make him more of a “Real Man™” than Loser Donald, who wouldn’t even get vaccinated in front of a camera because he hates needles and would probably faint at the sight of his own blood.

Well, he was too cowardly to actually go through with it. Like Sean Hannity: an imbecile for thinking waterboarding is not torture, as well as a coward for saying he’d do it but chickening out.

That guy sure looks amazingly like Bashar al-Assad.

Lauren Boebert (Q-CO) claims noone has died of covid in Texas since their mask mandate was lifted.
