Steve Scalise posted a digitally manipulated video in which activist Ary Barkan, who uses a digital voice, interviewed Joe Biden. The video changed Barkan’s voice in the video to make it sound like he was asking questions he wasn’t asking, thereby changing the nature of Biden’s answers.

The speaker used his megaphone to shout racist and inflammatory things at students. According to local news outlets, the speaker also enjoyed yelling insults, slurs, and homophobic ideas into his megaphone; because apparently neither Black lives nor LGBT+ lives matter to this man.
