NEW Stupid Republican Idea of the Day (Part 2)

Oh, Jesus Christ, Republicans are trying to rewrite history.

Yes, Republicans were the good guys in the Civil War. But the party platforms switched in the 1960s, and only idiots don’t know that.

Right, but that includes the Republican party leaders and its voters.

As always, some people don’t understand because they’re idiots and some don’t understand because it’s not in their best interests to understand.

Thinking about this some more, and it gets even worse. These were the guys who were pushing the “Money = Speech” theory, so as to allow unlimited political donations. And now, they’re complaining because some companies are now exercising that “freedom of speech” by cutting off their money.

They complained when the owners of Dr Seuss IP exercised their freedom of speech to stop publishing a couple books that had some dated ideas in them.

It’s not inconsistent at all. They just hate freedom.

Protected but not bound vs. bound but not protected all over again.

That’s not the reason, ya cracker.

“Look! We got a black guy! Now who’s racist?? Ha-HA!”

Don’t tease me, bro.

But she’s in favor of teaching about the Tulsa Massacre! Checkmate, libs!

I’m aware that the corporate owners of most main-stream media are pulling hard for a GOP takeover of both the House and Senate, and that therefore the reporters and on-air-talent are pushing the idea that ‘Democrats are going to lose.’

I hope they’re wrong.

But if they aren’t: do we REALLY have to be governed by people who are both malicious and stupid??? Really, really truly??

(I realize I should be more upset about the “malicious” than about the “stupid,” but somehow it’s the latter that rankles.)

Depends. People keep saying that DeSantis is worse and more dangerous than Trump because he’s smarter. If you agree, then you might prefer the stupid ones in general as well.

DeSantis is also more conniving than Tan the Conman.

Somebody has attacked Paul Pelosi with a hammer in their home in San Francisco. He was looking for Nancy, but she was in Washington, so there was no security at their home.

There will be now.

Fortunately the Pelosis can afford it. But what about all the elected officials who don’t have the wealth to hire 24/7 security? To maintain a staff of bodyguards to accompany them? And let’s not forget, President Reagan had a complement of Secret Service agents and he still got shot. We’re going to see more attacks, and deaths.

Newsmax anchor blames the attack on Pelosi’s husband on Pelosi. But only after suggesting that the attack was staged.

Ronna McDaniel calls for Pelosi to be fired after her husband was attacked.

I am sure there will be consequences for spreading such dangerous lies on Twitter.

You’re funny.

We still cannot get a handle on stochastic terrorism. I mean, yeah, Alexwars got his ass in over his head, but look how long that took and what a stupid asshole he had to be for it to get done.
