I’m not sure what a ‘death blow’ is (I guess I could re-watch Rocky III). I know he’s a Fox News host so an idiot until proven otherwise, but even if a death blow is a real thing and not delivered here, you’d think he’d be able to understand the concept of many non-lethal blows adding up to lethal damage.

Usually a few weeks, at least based on cases that are high enough profile that I hear about them. I know that the medical examiner ordered one for Lisa Marie Presley and I don’t think they don’t have the results back yet.
Was one actually ordered for Tyre or is he, a Fox News talking head, “demanding” it? Not that it matters either way. If they don’t get a tox report, Fox can blame it on the kid being hopped up on goofballs and having super human strength. If they do order a test, it gives them a good long time to be able to fall back on this story whenever they need to. Plus, if the report shows any drugs at all, doesn’t matter if it’s fentanyl or Zoloft, in their eyes, they just won the trial by media.
