Is that really voter fraud? Primaries are different elections than the general election. If someone moves in between, what are they supposed to do?
I’m no big-city lawyer so I don’t know if it’s illegal, but it certainly strikes me as unethical, especially coming from the party that claims Democrats are engaged in all kinds of voting shenanigans to explain their inability to win.
