God dammit, that man should be prohibited, using magic if necessary, from uttering (or posting) any sentence that he can’t prove he has successfully diagrammed.
Not that I don’t get a great deal of pleasure out of the self-owns resulting from undiagrammed ones such as the above, but I sometimes question whether the pleasure is worth the eyeball bleeding.
Other gems from today’s Two Minutes Hate include;
Sundown, you better take care…
Republicants to rail and gnash their teeth over Biden’s latest proposal. By midday Monday, Fox will be completely up in arms over this latest unfunded mandate. Experts will be marshalled to insist that it’s actually good for you and real Americans should stock up on the soon to be banned items. Yes folks, I’m talking about lead pipes. How will people ever be able to defend themselves with plastic. The term, ‘lead pipe cinch’ will be banned from American speech. Write your congressmen now!
Me, just getting ahead of all the vitriol.
A neighboring city to me just got $2,000,000+, some of which was federal grants, to replace lead water pipes.
I’m curious if they could be relined instead? I’m sure that’s expensive, but I wonder if it’s more expensive then digging up the roads and yards (though I assume homeowners will be paying at least part of the bill for the work on their property).
And what about the board game, Clue? Col. Mustard in the Conservatory with a Length of PVC? I don’t think so.
But he did win all those states in 2020! And the other 47 besides! By bigly margins!
Real Americans will still own lead pipes, for educational value only. So one in the library would be valid.
But won’t the library have been removed from the game for wokeness by then?
Right.
Ex-Prof Plum in the Tater Cellar with God-given AR-15 sounds about right.

It took me a few tries with you dot com*, but I got the two versions I wanted. Actually, I think the Rambo: First Blood edition is more intriguing as the locations are, well, located near each other.
*Thing apparently has a sense of humor. When I tried for a ST:TOS version, it made the victim Ensign Redshirt.
I just created Let’s make some fandom Clue(do) editions! in The Game Room to move this latest hijack.
I’m confused. Is this something that really happened, or is it an Onion story?
It’s a real story - American Voices is The Onion’s unique take on real news. I was just wildly proposing the Reich Wing’s response to Biden/Dems doing things for people instead of to people. “If the Dems propose it, we’re against it”.
Yes, there’s a serious proposal to remove all lead pipes across the country. It’s been in the works for a while
No, there’s no direct Republican objections to the concept yet, but there’s already grumblings about the specifics that would not be out of place in a dystopian horror movie (how low to cut funding for it, how many years to exempt existing lead pipes, how low/high to set the acceptable level of lead in drinking water, etc)
Seems to me like the proposal would provide a major benefit to small business owners - specifically, plumbers - who are exactly the kind of people Republicans always claim to support, but what do I know?
On the other hand, if there weren’t so many Americans who’d grown up with lead in their drinking water there wouldn’t be nearly so many Trump supporters now.
You don’t get it, man! Clue has been a part of this plan for decades, trying to convince us that lead pipes are stupid dangerous! I mean, have you ever known somebody who was killed by a lead pipe? Do your own research!
According to my coworkers, it’s wrong to use tax payer money to remove lead. According to a podcast, lead isn’t really that bad anyway.
