Not surprised there is no news from FCM; having cruised over a dozen times, cruise ships do have wi-fi but it can be hideously expensive (better to spend it on wine and spirits and the casino).
Sunny, pups are suppossed to be silly; it’s in their genetic code, I think.
Had a moderately active day Sattiday; Coached 4 soccer games, refereed 2 soccer games, and survived it all on 3 cans of soda and a single glazed donut (I did go to Little Libby’s Restaurant–where I’ll be taking any mumpers ever come visit–for a proper meal about 7PM). Little like a Norge God today–Thor all over–so I’ll only mow the yard, coach one game, and referee one today. Can hardly wait for Moanday (which I’ll probably live up to).

We are still stormy here. I imagine that means the rest of y’all will get it in a few days. It’s windy and rainy. I’m not entirely sure how this season thing is supposed to work. Some of the trees are completely changed over, and my big maple is just starting to think about it.
Today I shall be hiding in the dark, and possibly also working on my son’s Halloween costume. He is going to be one of these. I may also squeeze in a viewing of the first Blade Runner. My kids haven’t seen it yet.
Yay! Slept soundly and long. Electricity was off all night, due to storm. I didn’t know either thing was happening! Lil’wrekker will head back to her dreaded dorm. She said she has to study this afternoon. Trying to get her laundry finished so she can go-go! I made hummus earlier, we have pita chips and everybody is digging in like a horde of monkeys. I may need to cook something for these peeps. They acting kind of hungry! Good Sunday y’all!!!
Howdy Y’all! We deheathenated, had N.O.L. (I make a good chikin pot pie), I loaded the dishwasher, and then had a little nap. OYKW is napped out still as I post. All in all not a bad Sunday at all.

Smoking some pig and steaks. Will make good leftovers for the week. Watching the Vikings as well so all in all a nice Sunday.
I just et some leftover scalloped N.O.T. and baby carrots. Not a bad nosh. I needed to eat to take the meds. Also I have hauled the biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiig trash can all the way down to the road for pickup tomorrow. Go Me!

I went to brunch at a sports bar with some fellow heathens. They make a mean bloody Mary. Swung by a friend’s house to learn how to use a square to take money at a craft fair that I’ll be participating in in December. Came home, walked Nelson and fixed supper. Instead of the planned cabbage rolls, I made an executive decision to go with meatloaf and spinach, mushroom quinoa. Twas good.
I went to a farewell party for my favorite bar manager. Making mesquite poke chops with sweet **N.O.T.**s and corn with red pepper and Mexican oregano.
