It must be wake-up-early day. I woke a bit before 4, and that was it. But it’s last day before vacation, so YAY!! Here’s hoping I can finish the crap that needs to be finished.
Tonight will be packing for the trip and walking our house-sitter thru the routines. We’ll leave between 9 and 10 tomorrow, which should get us to the ship by noon or just a bit after. I’m ready - I am sooooooooo ready!

I actually had that stuff once ----- just once. I do sometimes keep a canned kishka stew around in case I’m invaded by Shmenge Brothers and because I don’t eat it often enough to keep the fresh stuff on hand.
Other than that I’m up and putting away some of my woodworking tools and supplies I moved out to the garage. Time to get the barn into winter mode for Bessie.

Up and at 'em, It isflower beds to day, I ordered a big bucket of bulbs. They need to be in the ground. Mr. Wrekker is home from the deer woods. He has got the leaf blower, blowing him some pinestraw all around. Men and their toys!! Banana and choc.cupcake for breakfast ( who are you my mother?) Hey, my sugar may be low! Blurfage On Moanday when I was out my two newer girls decorated and had all the stuff for a belated Birthday Party. Also for Bosses Day. I feel bad I was not here but we are gonna do it next Moanday as that is the only day we are all here. On of my new girls is also pregnant and expecting a girl around March. I guess I will lose her and she is very sharp and a quick learner.
Another day to sit here and do nothing as the phones are still out, no computer but I did get the wifi fixed.

Nice to see everybody is up and active…except me…(I did toast and butter half-a-loaf of raisin bread and solve three Sudoku puzzles, so there is that).
I finally got all the tools out and finishing draining the guest bathroom toilet (it’s been leaking into the bowl, bought all the new innards last week), now all I got to do is unhook the water line, take the tank off and replace all the stuff inside just like the directions say…I am so going to screw this up.
Fall has definitely descended upon N. Ali-bama, temperature last night made it to the 40’s and I’m think about getting the heavy comforter out and retiring the lightweight comforter until March or April.
Last practice with my 4 and 5 year old girls tonight (other times will be games). They have been an absolute joy and the best thing about this fall.

Are you going to Morgantown this weekend? Flight will be done in time for zombieing. Heck, if you only come out for launch, you’ll have time for a nice, sit-down dinner of braaaaiiinnns first.

I went to the Pubic Sto’ for provisions. I started feelin’ a little bad on the way home. I got home, put stuff away, and, well ICK! Glad I got stuff that was needed but feel a little rotten. I et a sammich and that just might help. Oh and I have chili in the slow cooker. Real chili, sans beans. Maybe it’s the new meds doin’ this. We shall see.

It’s amazing what sleep does for a brain. When I came in this morning, it took only a few minutes to figure out what was wonky yesterday afternoon, and I got it fixed in no time. I’ve been taking care of dribs and drabs today - not too busy, tho, so that’s good.

I’ve eaten haggis. I’ve even eaten frozen haggis. But I will not eat canned haggis. :eek: blurf
Got the conduit under the [del]shed[/del] studio and the wires pulled for Wifey’s mini-split unit yesterday. Now I just need to go get a double 20a breaker and some caulk and a bracket for the condenser part to finish up my part. When she gets back from Vegas we’ll have the installer guy come and install the actual unit.
I’m a little sore from laying on the ground to reach under the [del]shed[/del] studio though.
This morning I went and had my pacemaker checked out. They like to ‘interrogate’ it every so often to see how it’s behaving. It’s behaving just fine, and so’s my heart, so I’m a happy camper. One of the cool things about the pacemaker that I have is that it records everything my heart does and when they ‘interrogate’ it, it reads back every heartbeat, etc. since the last time. 
But it’s memory is somewhat limited, which is why they want to interrogate it every 3 months or so, and every other interrogation is in person at the hospital. For the other times I have a unit on my bedside table that transmits my readings to them.
Anyway, it looks like I’m gonna live.
For a while anyway.

Anyone is always welcome to play with us. Wait ----- maybe I should rephrase that before Swampy reads this. 
Morgan is a 85% no but not totally ruled out. It may be our only open weekend around the old homestead until after Christmas and there is a local shorter biker function in Beaver Saturday. If things change, which happens with us sometimes, I’ll give you a shout.
I’ve eaten college cafeteria lutefisk and gone back for seconds. After my mothers cooking anything is an improvement. 
And my day wraps up at work. I finished all the hot stuff and I’ve signed in all my models and drawings. I fear what will be done to my desk in my absence… :eek:
But I am so ready! just a few more minutes - time enough to tidy.
