I had to laugh when I heard about that. I bet the judge is going to throw her ass right back into jail.
Looking at the blindfolded statue of justice we are to get the message that “Justice is blind.” Apparantly it is also, on occasion, stupid.
It’s on FoxNews right now… there are helicopters above her house and all. Sheriff’s deputies have been dispatched to her house to pick her up.
I guess telling the judge that you can do the hearing over the phone didn’t sit well.
If Baca is held in contempt of court could he be confined in one of his own jails?

Foxnews.com has a picture of the judge’s verdict. It clearly says, “No electronic monitoring.” I suspect that his honor is not a happy camper right now.
That’s the ticket. Put a monitoring device on Ms. Hilton that tells the whole world where she is at all times, and put an electronic spy machine that looks up her skirt. That’ll be a suitable punishment.
