I don’t think he has people on ignore. He seldom responds to direct questions, but he’ll grossly misrepresent something you’ve said seven pages later. It’s just how he reads.

What’s especially funny about this (and by “funny” I mean “sad”) isn’t so much his total lack of self-awareness as his inability to use even cliched rhetorical devices correctly. His attempt at the old “If by X you mean Y” reads like someone who’s seen this used before but doesn’t really understand how it works. There are probably actual bots that could do a better job than this.
He could have just posed the Bloom County sequence about Ladies Against Women and had done with it.

Ol’ LK is really starting to chap my hide. Why exactly is it that he gets to tramp through life, or at least this Board, spouting nonsense, and never actually answering for any of it? We can’t call shenanigans on him anywhere except here, and he doesn’t have to answer. In Post #167 of his latest Opus, he actually included female fear of bugs as, I think, evidence of patriarchy. Or that there isn’t one. I couldn’t tell.

I rather doubt that LinusK himself knows why he keeps bringing up bugs, it’s just one of the many things he repeats mindlessly. However, I believe I discovered the origin of this back in the last anti-feminism thread.
Short version: In one of LinusK’s even older anti-feminism threads, Shodan made a joke about women being afraid of bugs. LinusK absorbed this and has been regurgitating it regularly ever since. I don’t think he understands that it was supposed to be a corny joke.

I don’t engage with him anymore. I wouldn’t even know where to begin. He just has no idea. And I love how he talks about white women. There might be a few other races of women here. Um, maybe 1 or 2.

I don’t think I’ve ever engaged him. I just complain about him here. If I engaged him in one of the non-Pit threads, I’d probably quickly end up with my first warning …
