I can’t decide: would lemon pop-tarts be yummy or disgusting?
My vote would be for yummy. Are there actually lemon pop tarts or is this a hypothetical question? Cuz I really want one now…

Maybe with some crunchy lemon icing on top… and little yellow sprinkles?

I think it sounds yummy. Those lemon fruit pies are good, although a bit overwhelming. Pop Tarts would be good but not overwhelming, I would think.
Frosting and yellow sprinkles would be a good touch.
Other citrus would not work.

Pop-tarts? One of the most god-awful substances ever foisted off on the human race as food. Crusts made of uncured library paste filled with just enough artificially flavored jelly to feed one cockroach (if the cockroach is sick and has no appetite).
I can’t even begin to imagine why people put such things in their mouth.
If it weren’t for the fact that any Pop Tart would suffer from the over-sweetened American pastry syndrome, I’d say that lemon would be good. Ever have lemon curd on a warm muffin or scone? Yummers.
I think if it had a nice, flakey crust like a lemon bar it would be super good! Perhaps it would just be a better idea to make it a lemon Toaster Strudel. Them’s good eatin’s!
Heathen! Pop-tarts are pure mana. Heaven has several cloud tops devoted solely to chocolate fudge and cinnamon Pop-tarts.
I don’t want to put words in your mouth, but reading between the lines, I sense you aren’t fond of pop-tarts. Would that be right?

You are just way fabulous! It’s too bad that you live all the way in Northern Virginia. We Baltimoreans (well, me at least) rarely go south of the city.
