Oh, hey Dag…I noticed (after you left) that you wanted to meet up at the M Resort for drinks on Friday the 28th…I’m cool with that. I already have dinner reservations at Veloce Cibo @ 7pm, but we could meet up in the afternoon if you wish. They have the Hostile Grape, or we can hit any of the other bars there.
If you want to dine there, you can choose Terzetto’s, Marinelli’s or Veloce Cibo…all good/great, IMHO. I did mention to my wife about meeting up with you (and I assume your wife will be coming too?) for drinks, but I don’t know if the wife wants company during dinner…I will ask. You might already have plans…but I’ll find out. I think I still have your cell # from last time!
Sign up for the players club, I’ve been getting coupons and freebies (including 2 night stays) since I went the first time back in April, 2009.
There was another informative hand last night; let me see if I can remember how it went. I may not have this exactly right.
I was holding Q-K. One other player saw the flop, can’t remember who it was (fubbs?). I think the flop was 8-J-J. No action. The turn was a 9; no action. The river was a 10, which filled my straight.
So the board is 8-9-10-J-J.
Other player made a big bet; all-in, I think. I was a little worried about a full-house; it’s certainly possible with that board. But I put the other player on a Q-high straight, and figured my K-high would win. I called.
The other player showed A-J.
Slow-playing that flop isn’t a bad decision; you’re ahead of everything except pocket 8s (although 9-10 has an open-ended straight draw). The 9 on the turn sets up the chance that someone is drawing to a straight. Letting me see the river for free was a mistake. Betting big when there were four-cards to a straight on the board was a bigger one.
12 blank blank blank blank M 44 I apologize in advance.
13 blank blank blank blank F 40 Another old timer. I never bluff, never slow play, am always the model of decorum. I frequently comment about my daughter and our damn cat.

Heh, well it seems like we have an issue with the spreadsheet. Looking at the revision log, The data that is missing was deliberately deleted. I am going to lock down the spreadsheet to viewing only for anyone not approved to edit. If you want approval to edit, you need a google acct, and you need to pm the name it to me.
Sorry folks, for the inconvenience but apparently it’s necessary.
Also, I’m gonna put the End of Quarter stats on separate pages.
Damn. I tried to go on yesterday, and put in my info. During mid-type, the page froze and I finally had to do cntrl-alt-del to close IE. When I tried to reopen the page, I kept getting a 404 error. I assumed the page was down. I’d kind of forgotten about it until I read the new posts in this thread. I hope I’m not the ghost in the machine. I positively didn’t delete anything, but I feel terrible anyway. (It’s the same feeling I get when I see a police car and slow down, even though I wasn’t speeding–I swear it comes from being raised Catholic.)
What information are you waiting for? If it’s just fields in a spreadsheet, make something up and then replace it with the real data if you ever get it.
Sorry…I missed this thread. What info do you need? I enjoyed what little playing I was able to do; after about the 4th hand in the restarted match, all card displays froze/went blank. When it came around to my turn, I couldn’t see my cards, and thus had to fold. Again and again. I didn’t see a menu option to refresh or reload the game, so I ended up having to quit.
