I am shipping a box tomorrow, Dec. 8, to my giftee via priority mail. It should reach the midwest in the early part of the week.
Today I got what I wanted from the store. Tomorrow, I’ll wrap and pack and mail a package south. I hope. Those are my intentions…
My package will have to go out on Monday December 10. Sorry for the delay. It will be going across an ocean, but at least it will be on it’s way. I hope the reciever likes it, there will be several small items in the box.
I finished up my purchasing today*. Half of it is wrapped and half isn’t yet. It’ll get shipped either tomorrow or Monday, depending on when I get the last part wrapped, and if I go out tomorrow.
(*And as usual, I went over the dollar amount. Not as much as last year, though, since I had a coupon.)
Well, financial circumstances conspired against me shopping earlier in the week, but today was payday, so I went to get what I had settled on only to discover that they don’t take plastic. There’s other issues as well that I won’t go into, but what it all boils down to is, I gotta start from scratch and (horrors) go do my shopping this weekend. Should be shipping out Monday.
My package is all wrapped, peanutted, addressed, and ready to go to the post office on Monday. I just couldn’t get motivated enough to get it done before the PO closed today. And it’ll go Priority mail, so it’ll arrive before the end of next week.
Priority was going to cost me a fortune due to the size of the box, so I went with UPS instead. I will track it optimistically.
My package is all boxed up, and will go out in tomorrow’s mail. I expect delivery to be handled by uniformed government agents.
Everything is purchased! It’s small things, but girly…and I expect it to go to the post tomorrow!
Okay, the package has been wrapped and addressed, and will be handed over to the USPS on the morrow. I put “SDMB” above my return address in case my recipient has a “WTF – I don’t know anyone in Philly” reaction to said address.
Package not wrapped but boxed. Card is in box. Will go out Priority Mail some time this week.
I went shopping yesterday and acquired an interesting assortment. Mine should go out tomorrow or Tuesday. I’ll post once it’s sent.

Mine is on its way - it cost almost as much to mail it as it did for the enclosed items. eeeesh!
Done and done. It went Priority Mail, so will get there in “two or three days.”
My package is in the mail! It’s going a long, loooooong way from where I am, so it may take a while to get there.
Interestingly, I didn’t have to fill out a customs form, with contents of package on it. Even the postal clerk was surprised. When she clicked on her screen to get the mailing and postage info, she said it stated “EXEMPT”.
I hope my recipient likes what I sent, much of it was local stuff.
