And you must post a photo of the purple horseshoe. Even if it means revealing your real name, as I now discover I did. :smack:
Only your Facebbok friends can see the photos. I know I couldn’t- access denied. Your secret identity is still safe!
Ah? Good to know. I’ll have to figure out some other way to post photos. Seriously - y’all have got to see this cool salmon-skin ornament. I’ll figure out some way to do that, but it might be a day or so.
I am happy you liked it. The game looked interesting to me, and you can never have too much chocolate!
Merry Christmas!
If you use the Tapatalk app on your phone you post photos through them and they’ll host them. Otherwise photobucket seems to work for most folks.
Yup, serious about the name! Have had our name my whole life!
I’m so glad you like the horseshoe. It was fun to make and I was hoping you’d be pleased. If you don’t like the frou-frou flowers and “pearls”, they should come off easily if they didn’t already.
That’s amazing!! For those of you reading along going WTF? I have a semi uncommon name featuring an extremely uncommon (in this country anyway) spelling. My secret Santa shares her name and spelling with mine! That’s amazing!
And the random nail is actually above my bed and I have an OKCupid date tomorrow so . . .
That’s awesome!

I downloaded Tapatalk JUST FOR YOU PEOPLE so let’s see if it works. The non-iron butterfly in the image was found randomly, and seemed like a suitable companion for the horseshoe.
Please let me know if linky no worky.
Your secret Santa was the person I sent a gift to, so I guess I kind of know the secret now. And the picture seems to work fine from here.
I hope everyone has had a great Christmas!
Worky!
Loverly!
Just occurred to me to wonder: does it have any odor? If someone with a cat hung this on their tree, would that be begging for trouble?
Asking for a friend.
We know yours, too, so you’re ok.
Opened my lovely gift from IvoryTowerDenizen yesterday! Adored the local photo of Christmas scenery, and I can’t wait to try the cool selection of teas in the thoughtfully-provided tea ball. The Lindt chocolate bears are adorable; can’t wait to nibble them whilst reading. Thanks again, IvoryTowerDenizen!
I’m glad you liked it. The tea shop is down the street from us and we go often to buy loose teas and tea stuff. It’s a marvelous place!
Enjoy!
Silvorange, thank you so much for organizing this. I really enjoy not just my present but reading about everyone else’s and our trials and tribulations to get everything sent.
Yes, thank you, Silvorange! It was great fun!
That thought occurred to me as well - we have two feline overlords in the house. They don’t show any interest in it.
I started an imgur account, to post the photos of Septima’s awesome prezzies. Let’s see if I can share 'em with y’all!
Pai325 I am so glad your present arrived in time for Christmas! I hope the novel is good! I had some difficulty picking one out. And I must apologize to Silvorange as I did receive the package you sent, and all in one piece! I opened it on Christmas and what a wonderful array of homemade chocolates! Very tasty. My family enjoyed these very much. The homemade scarf is beautiful and has all my favourite colours. Also, the Louisville slugger was a great surprise! Thank you so much for all these thoughtful gifts. I just love participating in this exchange!
I got my package from Anaglyph!!!
First out of the box was a pretty candle, centered in a birds’ nest.
Then two nummy chocolate bars. One is dark, the other it milk, with bits of crunchy toffee in it. I know it’s good, because about a third of that bar is gone already.
Then there’s a plate of homemade cookies, along with a cookie cutter(six pointed star) and recipes for the cookies. The recipes make it extra special.
And get this,** Anaglyph** included a note apologizing that there’s only eight varieties of cookies, says she usually does a dozen. Apologize? Sheesh, most people think one or two is good.
There’s also a tiny ornament of a mousie bedded down in a gilded walnut shell.
Love it all, thanks so much!
