Well I am disappointed that it appears my recipient has not recieved their gift yet. I want JpnDude to know that it was sent almost two weeks ago and I hope it gets there soon.
I got mine today. I opened the big box and found a chocalote santa, a tangle toy and an octagonal box that I’m not opening until Christmas. I’ll post what it is then.

I’m really, really, sorry I’ve dropped out of sight. I work for the ol’ US Postal Service, and since Thanksgiving I’ve been working 12 hour days, 7 days a week. It doesn’t leave much time for posting.
Anyway, yes, I received my package from picunurse, but I am waiting for the BIG DAY to open it.
To my giftee, don’t fret, I mailed your package out today, but they said I should arrive on Monday, so it may be belated by one day. Sorry. By the way, the edible goodies in the box are all homemade by yours truly. I hope you enjoy them.

I received mine yesterday. Thank you welby! It is a desktop face-off air hockey game. I am going to bring it in to work today and start a new office policy. No one gets a day off unless they can beat me at air hockey. 
Gangster Octopus, thanks so much for the Kings Monkey and especially the PUCK! It arrived last Monday but I was out of town until this (Saturday) morning. That little monkey is hanging on our tree and the puck is displayed on my cabinet of LA sports teams paraphernelia. Happy Holidays!

I got to open my stuff today, and have to say the PHALL0106 ROCKS! My SS gift wasn’t one thing, but a multitude of little things, all of which appeal to my innocent, childlike nature. My gifts included, but aren’t limited to:
A very hip looking tree ornament. It’s a monkey. I like monkeys. Not like that. More like a friend.
A squirt gun that has candy inside! Correction. HAD candy inside.
And my favorite thing of all: Noise putty.
Some of you might not know what noise putty is, but were you to Google it, one of your results would include the following gem:
From www.fakecrap.com: Noise Putty. Work this putty to make the disgusting sound of a wet fart.
Oddly enough, I didn’t need to Google it to find that out.
I thank you again PHall, though my wife curses you for giving me noise putty.

OK, now I’m worried. You see, I mailed my package Priority Mail last Tuesday to a destination I could have driven to in a day and a half, if not less. On the other hand, I work for a bulk mailer, so I know what the Post Office can be capable of.
There was something perishable in that package!

…I’m a bit worried now. The package I sent should be able to be tracked (the lady in the post office said so), but the latest news I have of it is the package leaving Finland on December 20th at 4:32 am. It should take 4-6 days to reach its destination, so I’m really hoping that Gangster Octopus checks in today to rant and/or rave about his gift…
You’re welcome, although I’ve got a feeling your wife feels the same way about noise putty as I do, since I bought Hallboy one at the same time I purchase yours. :dubious: And, indeed, it does make wet fart sounds. Lots and lots and lots of them.
Well, the good new is that I had a wonderful spicy peach jam with breakfast on Christmas morning, thanks to my Secret Santa, Cartooniverse. The bad news is that so did HallGirl 1 (visiting for the holiday), and I probably won’t be having any more, since she ate half the jar!
Cartooniverse, you should package and sell that stuff, because it’s wonderful.
