I am pretty sure I know how stupid they sound. That doesn’t change the fact that they are very true. I got myself into quite the mess yesterday. My Russian poker player started irritating me because we were supposed to stay at Foxwoods on Thursday night so that I could watch her play and then have some fun. She would never confirm nor flat out cancel because she never got that lucky feeling so I got irritated and went on a full-on rampage on all dating sites Thursday night firing off about 20 messages to new people.
I know the normal yield rate and expected 1 or maybe 2 replies but I got back 8 yesterday. I spent all last night making phone calls and taking notes to keep them straight. I now have upcoming dates with an Episcopalian priest, a cop and a nurse (is this some kind of joke?) with probably more to come later this weekend. I didn’t even stop to think that it is getting close to Valentine’s Day :smack: and people respond at a much higher than normal rate. My Russian quasi-girlfriend still claims that we are going out but I have fallen for that one before and I am not doing it again until I get a firm commitment for something. I have no idea how I am going to sort this all out. I feel like Lucy in the chocolate factory episode .

No, you’re not thinking it through. Why would someone who doesn’t normally post here just happen to come back, and happen to bump this thread when they’ve not been around to actually be mad at the guy?
He’s even intentionally not capitalizing to try and get someone to hate on him for that. He’s going to the trouble to bold names, so we know he’s not just on a phone and unable to do it.
We also know that Shagnasty admitted he liked the negative attention, so why wouldn’t he pile it on himself?
I don’t trust any poster who has been gone for a while or who is new and suddenly pops in to go after someone else. It’s just not what normal people do.
