I only collected a vote a few hours ago; give a guy a chance.
I think either Svejk or Mosier is scum, as I said yesterDay. I had zero feeling either way and the Days are short, so I rolled a die. I don’t think I’m being lazy at all nor do I think I’ve been lazy in any other mafia game I’ve been in.
I thought ender might be scum right up until he voted. Scum wouldn’t have tied, when they could have won. That might clear up some of this situation. The “aha!” moment regarding ender didn’t come for me until the day was almost over. I was hoping either you or Mahaloth would kill the other last night, so ender and I would win today. Unfortunately, scum probably knew that was town’s best hope too.
I’m still not sure you’re not the scum, but if you are the game is over already, because Mahaloth barely responds coherently when he bothers to talk at all. I’m hoping my gut is right and you are the other town.
Uh … you were accused before the end of Day yesterDay and again at the beginning of this Day. You’ve known that Mosier has had it in for a pretty long time now.
I’m not sure if you meant to put it this way but what you’re really saying is that given that there’s one scum left, and that it’s not you, and that there’s two players in the game other than you, you’ve ascertained that it must be one of those two players? That’s not a conclusion of earth shattering proportions, I must say.
Maybe not - but I can’t say that I find you very helpful.
I would be happy to cut the Day short and reset the Day/Night changeover back to 1pm ET, but only if there is explicit agreement from both **Mahaloth **and Mosier (I would also be happy to extend the Day for the same purpose if that’s preferred by everyone)
It does not have to be 1PM ET as far as I’m concerned - even if it was 4 or 5PM that would mean it was before midnight here. A postponement is also fine.
I don’t particularly care what time the day ends. If anyone needs more time for their votes I’m happy to agree with whatever anyone needs, whether it’s an extension or a reset.
I also don’t care either way. Whatever works for everyone.

True to my word, I’ve reread the thread and re-thought my earlier votes against Mosier. I can’t say that I’m entirely convinced he’s not scum - but right now I think it’s more likely that Mahaloth is scum. So I’m changing my vote

Re: Mahaloth, the case is pretty obvious but what has tipped the balance in favor of me thinking he’s scum is that in spite being called out numerous times by both Mosier and me, he just does not respond or explain anything. I’d have thought that after my post #103 in which I deliberately kind of antagonized him, he’d come out and offer some sort of insights into how he sees this game, how he’s been voting, what his questions are. The days are short so you have Zero feeling? Give me a break, you must be thinking something. Or have questions, at least, that you could raise.
A good part of my vote change has also been that I’ve re-evaluated my position with regard to **Mosier **a bit. I think my earlier attack against him was definitely also motivated by a bit of OMGUS feeling. Also, while I continue to stand by most of the points I raised against him, I realize that the strategy I was accusing him of was too sophisticated for a game that is so quick. Lastly, I sure am dreading the thought of switching my vote only to find out I’d been right about **Mosier **all along. But that’s not necessarily a reason to stick with a vote for Mosier, and when I stripped all those feelings away and looked over the thread again, my case against **Mosier **was not quite as strong as I’d previously thought of it.

In my defense, Mahaloth was the best player on their team.
Wow. I was wrong.
I mean, I wasn’t wrong yesterDay, when I was playing and it actually counted. Alas.
But I was completely wrong toDay on who I thought was scum. I thought it was Mosier. Here’s why:
It had been established that with 4 players left we were in a lynch or lose situation in that a mislynch took us from 3-1 to 2-1 with a NK taking us to 1-1 and a win for Mafia.
Given that, what happened at the end of the day? If Mahaloth were scum, he could change his vote to Svejk and break the tie. If Svejk were scum, the vote could be changed to Mosier and the tie would also be broken. A win would be assured.
Who was the only player that couldn’t do that? Mosier. He was trapped! With the tie firmly in place he had to wait the night out and try again tomorrow.
But my thinking was wrong, apparently. Švejk, why didn’t you go for the quick win yesterDay?

Svejk couldn’t change his vote to win. If he had changed his vote, he would have been lynched. The only 2 votes on me were from him and Mahaloth.
I hang my head in shame. 
I’ll just be flattered that I haven’t played in a few years and I’m still remembered as “good”. =P
