I was just half watching / listening to this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=POOtW3vqcwE from game collector MetalJesusRocks. I thought it was going to be about things he found and bought on Craigslist, but nope…it’s was just him browsing Craiglist! I had it on for about 10 minutes before I gave up. Note that I like his channel and this was all on me expecting something else.
It got me to thinking about how for several years, I watched/listened to the entire Value Electronics HDTV Shootout. I even watched parts of it live a couple of times. While there are guest speakers, the bulk of the multi-hour video is watching people watching HDTVs! LOL! They didn’t have it last year and it was a disappointment! https://valueelectronics.com/tv-shoot-out-evaluation/
Came across one YouTube video which was just a screen recording of someone typing into a word processor. The text was too small to be seen and there was no audio. The video lasted about five minutes.
If videos not meant for viewing can be counted, then any of the numerous test videos from the YouTube channel Webdriver Torso would fit the bill for me. None of these videos are especially interesting, though.
It was an entire channel but there was a YouTuber who specifically only uploaded videos from movies/television of random American soldiers/cops getting killed. So not when the hero cop/soldier dies, but like the scenes during bank heists/ambushes where a bunch of redshirts/expendable people die. It was actually pretty interesting to me since it made me look up a bunch of those movies because the action sequences seemed cool. Also told me there were a bunch of weird European-made WW2 films from the 60’s/70’s that seem to portray the German soldiers are completely competent and the American soldiers as buffoons. Some gratitude.
I’m curious why the OP felt the need to exclude porn videos. Porn does not seek to be “strange”. It’s one of the most convention-bound genres in the entertainment business. It’s very rare to see porn where the people are trying to do something innovative or original.
