Stupid Republican idea of the day

Suspended - WTF. I’d suspended the boss too for this crap pending removal. Is the FBI paying a visit to Deputy DA? Threatening a congressperson is a felony as this so-called lawyer should know.

Stupid. Check.
Republican. Check.

It’s hard to get any stupider or Republicanier you betcha than Sarah Dum Motherfucking Palin.
Falls for an interview with a new trickster on the scene, almost no one has even heard of this guy he’s so new.
Sacha Baron Mudderfugging Cohen:

AFAIK, he didn’t make an explicit threat; what he said could be perceived as troublesome but it’s not enough to get a conviction. People say things like that all the time. It’s dumb and it might catch law enforcement’s attention, but they can’t arrest him for saying it.

From the link:

Does she have a regular show now?

Upon further review of this thread, it would appear that Mr. Ali G Cohen is just tripping over fucking moron Republicans anymore!

ETA: And while I’m in the wayback machine, Ali G., Trump.

Shep Smith schooled Fox News’s viewers on what NATO is and why it’s important, and his viewers went ballistic.

Fox viewers don’t like being schooled – like ever.

'Cause this President can give it but cannot take it!

"Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar tried to reset the narrative around the Trump administration’s family separation policy in a CNN interview on Tuesday night, calling it “one of the great acts of American generosity and charity.”

Azar made those remarks during an appearance on Wolf Blitzer’s show, where the host pressed him on why members of the media and lawmakers are being turned away from visiting these child detention centers if the kids are having fun and thriving."

Bold and underline mine.

Please read the rest of the barf - it gets worse.
So many lawmakers visiting that it interferes with staff.
Totally open.

Trump’s Spiritual Adviser Has Some Garbage Thoughts On Detaining Children and Jesus

“Televangelist, evangelical pastor, and spiritual adviser to Donald Trump Paula White would like the world to know that not only are the undocumented children imprisoned in federal detention facilities actually doing quite well for themselves, but Jesus Christ himself probably would have wanted them locked up.”

Bold and underline mine.

What would Jesus do? If it were possible - he’d cause her to burst into flames.

Send this to your Senators and Representatives. And pastors, ministers, deacons, …

Suffer the children to be stuffed into cages.

I know the article says that she said “Jesus Christ himself probably would have wanted them locked up” but I can’t find anything that shows she actually said that.

The last person I want telling me what Jesus would do is someone who has to tell you that he’s Christian.

To a certain degree, the convicts in Pelican Bay are getting that too.

IIRC Shep got a big contract renewal recently, and he is feeling his oats. His is the only show on Fox News that I can stand to listen to for more than about 90 seconds, and it really seems like he is trying to make his network a legitimate news outlet, rather than the propaganda arm of the Republican party.

I’ve wondered what the typical Fox viewer thinks of him. I guess this answers the question.

LOL - my favorites:

I’m sure these folks were this protective of the presidency when it was Obama

That was a good segment. I have to hand it to Smith for sticking it out at Fox and trying to be a voice of reason. He deserves to be part of a real news organization.

I couldn’t either.

House Republicans vote to allow a ban on gay people adopting children nationwide.

Picked the wrong week to stop drinking, huh ?
