Stupid Republican idea of the day

Looked some more myself. No backup. Seems like embellishment for click views.

:smack:

Any day now I expect a ban on black people riding in the front part of the bus. And using public water fountains. And using swimming pools even when it’s a pool at the complex where they live.

So, you think they’ll ignore the public health hazard of gay cooties?

Arizona Republican legislator brags to cop he drives up to 140 miles an hour, claims legislative immunity:

Mosley was released with a warning.

Hey, it worked.
Asshole legislator and asshole cop.

Congressman Paul Gosar says he can tell that Peter Strzok is biased because "I am a dentist, OK, so I read body language very, very well. "

Louis Gohmert said the same thing but he had to feel the bumps on Strzok’s head.

Here is everything you need to know about Paul Gosar (R-AZ):

AFAIK, no apology was ever issued.

Gohmert really went after Strzok. Did one of Strzok’s emails cast aspersions on his asparagus?

From National Review, about the illogic of Never-Trumpers in the Republican Party leaving the party and voting for Democrats:

A salient question.

At the moment, the federal government and a lot of the state governments *are *being run by a party (the GOP, if I’m not being clear enough) that “that is ruled by identity politics and intent on promoting racial division and class warfare”.

House Republicans and wanting to impeach Rosenstein. Sponsored by Jordan. Whodathunkit?! That shit-eating-gibbon is so fucking annoying.

Hopefully that party, that cheers on a president who frequently uses denigrating ethnic and racist language, who praised white supremacists at Charlottesville, who died a racist and evidence free conspiracy theory for years, who said that a judge couldn’t do his job because he’s Mexican, and much more, we be out of power soon, and we won’t have to worry about this. The Democrats are far from perfect, but they approach these issues much more realistically and compassionately than the Republicans.

Man, you sure had me hopeful for a moment there.

Yes…I know. That was why I posted the quote in a thread called “Stupid Republican Idea of the Day”.

For my part, my heart stopped beating for a moment, at the thought of President Pence getting a swearing-in ceremony.

Best hope for the nation is a Democratic Party landslide in 2018, followed by the installation of a Democratic Speaker of the House, which brings on a fatal stroke on the part of the America-hating fuckstick, and Pence immediately copying him in an attempt to curry favor…

If you find the doublespeak here hard to follow, it means your brain is working correctly.

Saw a thing that suggested that the Rs are rolling out a shiny new slogan: “Better Off Now”. No substance to the claim that they dropped the “Your” from it.

God, I hope you were joking…
