Someone in the comments section of one of these articles claimed that a Republican congress person or representative tried to ban animal husbandry. I’m having trouble finding a cite, though… does anyone know about this?

I almost hope it’s true, just so I can point and laugh.

I found this: could that be the reference? It’s a little out dated (and possibly mentioned earlier in this behemoth of a thread), but still hilarious… banning sex! Santorum wishes it was his idea!

That was part of my confusion - sorry I wasn’t clear. I was wondering if there was something else out there, but found those stories, which seemed to be the referenced story. One is “banned sex” and one is “didn’t understand the term” but neither is "banned animal husbandry’. I was googling and typing my post and it was all kind of haphazard.

Also, in my defence (:dubious:), I’m Canadian so you’re all to the right of me
