I swear to Og I’m not making this up, I’ve heard a preacher (a *preacher *!) argue that the Luke 3:11 line, “let him that has two coats share with anyone who has none” was not, in fact, about charitable redistribution of property, striving for wealth parity, sacrificing to help the less fortunate and so forth but about… coats.
