Superman and Lois Season 3

Maybe. We’ll know next week  Who knows what Superman may come back as…

Say, where is Kyle and Lana’s other daughter?

She was there. She’s taller than Lana now. It was in the barn scene.

Wow, did I enjoy this episode.

  1. Jonathan ENJOYING his powers, using them like a noob would, and having fun learning with his dad. That whole scene made me happy.
  2. Jordan… just… ugh. Dude, you have superpowers, so your mom picked your brother to live because she knew YOU had a chance to survive otherwise. Wah… wah. wah… “I wanted you to pick me!”. Dude, get a grip. You’re potentially the third most powerful person ON THE PLANET right now. I’ve had it with your whining.
  3. Yeah. Take advice from the worst superhero on the planet, and take his cosume. Ugh.
  4. Still a great storyline, but I’m definitely feeling the “Final Season” plot rush.

Really enjoyed the episode.

Thanks - I spotted her briefly, but didn’t recognize her.

Someone needs to tell him: You’re not that kind of Super Hero. When he goes up against actual Villains, he falls apart. Some people are like that, they just aren’t good with conflict.

But when he was rescuing people from fires and things like that? Sure, he made a few rookie mistakes, but he got the job done. So he’s that kind of super hero: He’ll fight the fires, stop the floods, save people from the avalanches, catch the crashing plane, raise the sinking ship. Leave the Lex Luthor shit to his brother.

The only way I could figure out it was her was, she was dressed almost exactly like her sister.

For those of us who do not have super-vision or a 60-inch TV screen, what were the texts that Lois received at the end of the episode? I presume it was the set-up for some new crisis, but I couldn’t read them.

They were Media-related texts, saying things like “Superman Spotted Putting Out Fire!” “Is This The Real Superman Returned From The dead!”

Great moment when Sarah referred to Jon and Jordan both alerting on something they heard with super-hearing as “meerkats”.

I was kind of disappointed that the guy with the flame throwers just kept using them on Superman, even though they weren’t working. I wanted him to go 1950’s “Adventures of Superman” and throw them at him.

Well… Um… That was unexpected. And Anticlimactic.

  1. So… Doomsday is now just gone?
  2. Lex still blames the Kents for this.
  3. Please… Jordan… please don’t have been a dumbass to tell a petty vindictive teenage girl your secret… just… no.
  4. Still a very good story weave for all the background stuff.
  5. Still happy that other folks are noticing the strange things about the Kents, and making the connections.

Can’t wait to see where this goes. 5 episodes left.

Honestly I’m more annoyed by the Kents, who act like it’s a stunning surprise any time anyone asks them the easiest-to-anticipate question. How much effort is it to have a family meeting to discuss what their cover story will be in the terribly-likely circumstance that Jonathan will need to leave quickly to deal with an emergency. Are they all sworn to the improvisers’ oath to not think a whit in advance about issues like this?

I think we’re suffering from final-season syndrome. That wrapped up entirely too quick.

Ok Lex. You created a monster, killed me (I got better), killed my father-in-law and terrorized my wife and children. But attack my high school girlfriend!?! Now it’s personal!

Personally, I think it would’ve been more fun if Lana’s ex (who presumably has heard about what happened) already had been beating Lex up by the time Clark arrived.

When #5 is happening, #3 is a bit less silly. At this point, I’d just assume everyone in Smallville has figured it out by now.

Somewhere on YouTube there’s a video where a couple of high school girls deduce that Bruce Wayne is Batman. Can’t find it but it seems on point.

That was a Cracked video - dont know if it’s still online

@E-DUB - was I right?

Of course.
